Sunday, January 20th, 2013 · 47 Comments

Alan Pardew, in retrospect, has admitted that taking Sylvain Marveaux off after 64 minutes changed the game yesterday in reading’s favor, and to think it happened when we were comfortably ahead 1-0 in the game, and seemingly coasting to a huge home win.

Ashley Must Spend Big Now Newcastle Are In Big Trouble

After yesterday’s astonishing capitulation by Newcastle at St. James Park,  when we went from a comfortable 1-0 lead to losing yet again, and this was to Reading, who started the game 5 points behind Newcastle, and are now only 2 points adrift of a seriously slumping Magpies side.
