This Senegal Striker Loves Newcastle – And The Fans Love Him

Wednesday, December 26th, 2012 · 39 Comments

Papiss Cisse has only two Premier League goals this season and four goals in all competitions, and that’s a far cry from his exploits of last season when in his first 14 appearances for Newcastle he scored 13 goals, but there are definite signs that the Senegal captain is getting his confidence back – and some goals could be on the way.

Papiss Cisse Will Come Back Strongly For Newcastle

Wednesday, December 26th, 2012 · 13 Comments

Some Newcastle fans think that if Demba Ba does move on next month he should do just that  – if that’s the kind of loyalty he has towards  Newcastle, and they also think that it will be good for Papiss Cisse, who will get to play in the middle again and could start to put those balls in the back of the net again, as he did so famously in the second half of last season.

Pardew – We’re In Good Heart But This Is A Tough Game Today

Wednesday, December 26th, 2012 · 7 Comments

Newcastle have a tough game at Old Trafford this afternoon, and it will be a bit of a surprise if our lads can get anything out of this game, and we will have to be prepared to start this game quickly today, and not be buried as we were in the home game when we were 2-0 down after 16 minutes with goals from Evans and Evra, and the Red Devils missed a lot of chances in that first half, and of course we went on to lose that game 3-0 in front of a sold out St. James’ Park on 7th October.

Praise For Newcastle Striker From Nigerian Coach

Wednesday, December 26th, 2012 · 7 Comments

It seems that Alan Pardew is trying to stop Shola Ameobi from going to the African Cup of Nations next month, and the Newcastle manager issued a statement on Monday to that effect to BBC Sports, but Alan said he would like to keep the reasons to himself.

Alan Pardew gave his press conference yesterday for the game at Manchester United tomorrow, and he seemed upbeat after the hard-fought win against QPR, which we really needed, and he said it would be a busy Christmas Day for the manager and his players.
