Watershed Transfer Window Coming Up For Newcastle

There was a bit of a shake-up at Newcastle yesterday, when Lee Charnley was officially appointed as Newcastle’s new Managing Director to essentially replace the departed Joe Kinnear as the top executive at the club,  and owner Mike Ashley will officially join the Board and get more involved with the running of the club.

Six French Players Could Leave Newcastle This Summer

The Mirror is reporting that Hatem Ben Arfa will be one of the players who will leave Newcastle in the summer, and certainly it could be all change for Newcastle in the summer, as players leave and others are brought in.

Mike Ashley To Be More Involved At Newcastle

Lee Charnley – Good Appointment As New Managing Director

As expected, 36 year-old Lee Charnley has been appointed Newcastle’s new Managing Director, and it should be a smooth transition, given that Lee has been working on transfers as the Newcastle Secretary for many years and has been at the club since he was 21.
