Rafa is a master of tactics which is one of his major strengths as a manager.
He can also get the team well organized and difficult to beat and that’s what we need for the next three league games which are all against top six sides.
We have Chelsea at home, Manchester City away, and Arsenal at home all coming up and we saw Huddersfield taken apart 6-1 at the Etihad Stadium yesterday.
So Huddersfield already have a goal difference of -8 after just two games.
Just like last season, it will be important for the Magpies to do well against top six sides and defend well so we don’t concede many goals.

But Brighton yesterday beat Manchester United 3-1 at home and Chris Hughton had his team well organized and they deserved all 3 points.
We were looking at the Red Devils team and thinking how Rafa could transform them immediately.
Here’s what the manager has said about the three upcoming league games:
“We know that every game is different and the next games are against top sides,”
“We have to have a different approach to those games, and hopefully we can manage in the way that we managed some of these games last year.
“But every game and every season is different. We have the belief and confidence that, if we work very, very hard, we can get results.”
It will be interesting to see how we do in these three games and how many goals we concede.
Hopefully, we will be able to get a win against one of these teams.
In the corresponding games last season, we picked up 6 points with home wins against Chelsea and Arsenal.
Newcastle will be doing extremely well if we can repeat that this season.
