Can Newcastle Make It Four Home Wins In A Row Against Burnley?

We face Burnley tomorrow night in our next big game, and we need as many wins as quickly as possible so we can move away from the relegation zone.

We have won our last three home games against Cardiff City (3-0), Man City (2-1), and on Saturday against Huddersfield (2-0).

So we must have a decent chance of picking up all 3 points tomorrow night.

Although Burnley are a team in form and have won their last two league games and are unbeaten in their previous five league games.

A win would take us to 31 points from 28 games and above Burnley in the league table.

    Cardiff have some cracking fixtures to play before the end of the season !

    It would be another massive 3 points if we can beat Burnley, must admit the Almiron factor has lifted my confidence quite a bit. What a threat on the break this fella will be.

    @Jib

    Brighton are really in trouble in that form guide and in league table although they have some decent fixtures coming up

    Lee Charnley Bunga Party @5 – Every season there always seems to be a team who are sitting comfortably in mid-table then suddenly plummet and end up in the relegation scrap. This season it is definitely Brighton for whatever reason – shame because I still like Chris Hughton.

    wanna see how ALMIRON copes against them … think he’ll do good though … nice to have that extra pace in the team ..

    Jib, we’d be second, another 2 points and a +1 on goal difference, that would take us above Spurs.

    The thing with Brighton is if Murray isn’t scoring goals they actually don’t really offer anything !

    Hughton has spent a fair bit of money but his big name signings have been pretty poor Locadia is dire and he cost what 15 million ?

    Although I quite like Pascal Gross he was a bit of a bargain !
