Uncertainty About Rafa’s Future Now Becoming Pervasive

Newcastle need to brush off the poor result last time out at home to Crystal Palace and get something out of the game tomorrow night at Leicester City.

There’s been news in the Chronicle about the future of Salomon Rondon, and it looks like Newcastle may not sign the striker permanently this summer.

It could be starting to affect his form becasue there’s a lot of uncertainty about his future and other clubs – like Wolves – are interested in the player.

The 29-year-old would like to stay on Tyneside to keep playing for Rafa, but Salomon doesn’t even know at this point whether the manager will be here next season.

Rafa Benitez – too much uncertainty at Newcastle

And one thing further complicating things is that we are not safe yet and it may take some time before we are definitely safe in the Premier League this season.

We missed a massive opportunity against Crystal Palace, and we just have to hope that Cardiff City don’t start winning their games.

But this is an unwanted situation for Newcastle to be in – with just five games to play.

Isaac Hayden will leave this summer and is likely to join rivals Brighton down south – and the cub will not give Mo Diame the two-year deal he wants to stay at the club.

We are not safe, yet  Rafa has not committed to staying on Tyneside and now it could be that Mike Ashley is still unwilling to pay the £16.5M transfer fee for Salomon Rondon.

This is not the first time under Mike Ashley there’s been huge uncertainty at Newcastle.

I actually worry that we are anything but safe at the moment !

All it takes is for us to get a bit of a skelping off Leicester which could be on the cards and for Cardiff to beat Burnley and I would worry about us on the run in!

Actually no guarantees we will pick up wins in any of our games especially the way we have been playing Rondon looks knackered , Almiron is out of position ,Perez has went off the boil and we are now missing Lejuene and Longstaff!!
