Ki, Dummett, And Manquillo Start At Leicester City

Rafa Benitez has just announced the Newcastle team for the tough game at Leicester City tonight.

In spite of Mo Diame being fit Ki Sung-yueng keeps his place in tonight’s team with Paul Dummett coming in for the injured Florian Lejeune.

Javier Manquillo – starts tonight

And right-back Javier Manquillo gets a rare start coming in for DeAndre Yedlin, who is dropped and on the bench for tonight’s game.

Only about one in five fans think we can win this game tonight at the King Power Stadium.

That is not to say if Ki is substituted and Shelvey plays a blinder, he will probably go ahead in the pecking order.

Possibly a silly question as most of them seem to be!

The good thing about being a pessimist is that the worst doesn’t feel quite so bad.

Optimists like myself feel the hurt a bit more.

    Everyone is saying 5 – 4 -1
    but that side has the potential to change to 4 – 4 – 2 (1 – 1)
at the drop of a hat

I don’t believe Shelvey has expressed any desire to leave, rather quite the opposite, nor do I think Rafa has expressed any desire to sell him.

It’s more likely that Ashlie will be the person to move him out if he see’s money to be made.

I don’t think there is money to be made on Jonjo I think he is going to find limited suiters

But definitely money to be saved
    Maybe the same thing
    But I ask this question
Is he worth £75k a week

Shelvey seems to be well out if favour and has suddenly become 5th choice midfield after Hayden , Longstaff, Diame and Ki – doubt anybody would have guessed that at beginning of season !
Tough game tonight , can’t see us getting much more than a draw or a sneaky win – prob a defeat though
    ( Think I’ve covered all bases there 😀 )

Almiron has been very poor for us so far. He and Ritchie have zero chemistry.
