There Was Only One Man Of The Match Against Southampton

Ayoze Perez had probably his best game ever yesterday against the Saints when he scored his first hat-trick at Newcastle and all three goals were really classy.

Rafa’s influence on Perez is starting to show through and not only does Ayoze work his socks off for the team, but his class is starting to show through more regularly than in the past.

And yesterday’s win was our second in succession after failing to take our chances at home to Crystal Palace and surprisingly losing that game 1-0 two weeks ago.

Ayoze Perez – in action yesterday – he was simply brilliant

If Ayoze can keep scoring goals in the final three games this season we have a very good chance of beating last season’s points total of 44.

We’re sure that’s exactly what Rafa wants to do.

Ayoze Perez was simply brilliant for us yesterday and got just short of 80% of the vote.

Paul Dummett was next in line and he was outstanding with some vital clearances and blocks throughout the game.

Finally – there’s no way Perez will be allowed to leave Newcastle in the summer.

No coming back from this I suspect. That point Brighton got could be priceless now because of a superior GD. Not looking good for Cardiff now.

We are moving on Wed and the Princess has just whispered in my lug “FFS can you finish off the gin so I can get rid of the bottle?” To please my dear other half I have a couple of gins a bottle of Aussie red and some cans lined up to celebrate the Cardiff final result. HWTL

Jib yeah, right mate. Think I made my position clear on Everton a while ago. 🙂 Seriously though, Manure were shocking. No CL football for them next season either.

Vincent Tan will blame the colour of the shirts for going down. Cardiff back in red next season? 🙂
