Some Newcastle players have taken to Twitter to send their messages at the close of the season.
Salomon Rondon – Our brilliant number 9
Below are three tweets from some of our top performers this season. The last one is a special message from Isaac Hayden. He has shown nothing but class under very trying circumstances.

Comment #43The concensus of opinion on this blog reflects an ambition for us to target the number seven position in the EPL.
Not good enough! (at the risk of being branded delusional)
Seventh position as a target presumes that OGS’s Man U are better than NUFC. Really!!!
I think most fans would accept that Man City and Liverpool are favourites for the 2019/2020 season. Man U have major problems, Arsenal and Chelsea are not far behind. The jury’s out with Spurs, (the final with Liverpool could be cathartic,)
Journalists lazily describe the EPL as being dominated by the ‘ big six’. But I think next season may be different, Wolves, Leicester, perhaps Everton, and maybe Watford could be in the mix.
There is no reason to not include NUFC as a potential challenger, lead by Rafa, of course…
Excuse me, I must feed my Unicorns before their bedtime…

Comment #45Cheers cartoon. It was a fabulous day. The kids looked great and my young fella is ‘in love with’ the prettiest girl in the class, and so is she! Comical stuff. Hard when the memory of the folks that have passed kicks in. But a great day and a fine win today. Plenty to look forward to!
