Last summer Rafa Benitez is said to have bid £10M for French left-back Stanley Nsoki, but the 19-year-old decided to stay at PSG and said he wasn’t ready for the Premier League.
The defender turned 20 last month and it looks like Rafa is after him again – and trying to sign the very talented left-sided defender.
After playing once for the PSG first team in the previous season – Nsoki appeared 15 times for the French club last season, so he’s making some impact with the Paris-based club.
Rafa Benitez has wanted to bring in a talented left-sided defender ever since he came to Newcastle and the January loan signing of Antonio Barreca just didn’t work out – for whatever reason.
Nsoki has played for all the French youth sides and it seems like Rafa Benitez really rates the player.

Now the outlet Paris United are reporting this:
??? Les clubs de Dortmund Newcastle Lille et Marseille sont très intéressés par Stanley Nsoki, l OM l avait déjà approché l’été dernier le @PSG_inside ne retiendra pas le joueur en cas d’offre conséquente #Mercato #psg

Here’s the translation of the above:
“The clubs of Dortmund, Newcastle, Lille, and Marseille are very interested in Stanley Nsoki.”
“Olympique Marseille had already approached last summer and the PSG insiders (hierarchy) will not hold the player in case of receiving a substantial offer.”
He’s a very talented young player – just what we need at Newcastle.
What do you think?
