Newcastle Announce Four Pre-Season Friendly Fixtures

Newcastle have announced four pre-season friendly fixtures.

Newcastle will play two games in the Premier League Asia Trophy in China this July and will have games on Wednesday, July 17th and another game three days later on 20th July.

Newcastle will then take on Hibernian away and AS Saint-Etienne at home to complete the preseason, which is in preparation for a crucial Premier League campaign coming up next season.

Newcastle will travel to Easter Road to face Scottish Premiership club Hibernian on Tuesday, 30th July (7.45pm kick-off).

Lee Charnley – Managing Director

And then we will play Ligue 1 side Saint-Etienne at St. James’ Park on Saturday, 3rd August (3pm kick-off).

The Premier League kicks off on the following Saturday.

Here are the four fixtures arranged so far:

  • Wednesday, 17th July – Wolverhampton Wanderers (Premier League Asia Trophy, Nanjing Olympic Sports Centre, 6pm kick-off [local time])
  • Saturday, 20th July – Manchester City/West Ham United (Premier League Asia Trophy, Hongkou Stadium, kick-off – TBD)
  • Tuesday, 30th July – Hibernian (Easter Road, 7.45pm kick-off)
  • Saturday, 3rd August – AS Saint-Etienne (St. James’ Park, 3pm kick-off)

We will have to wait and see who the manager is when our players report for preseason on Thursday, July 4th.

Hopefully, it will have been sorted out by then.

We are hoping it will be sorted out within days – but maybe not?

Comments welcome.

Here we go again..despite my decency towards you you go on the unprovoked attack on my person again.

Now you have started this so I get to reply to you . Your derogatory comments are fullfilling some need in you to belittle people who contribute here ..You do it daily ..you bring your little posse into it using professional disruption methods, you choose your target ..

Who was it yesterday ? .. ahh yes it was Welshie.. then the hounding began and you would not let up on a bloke who comes on and cracks the odd Gag .. putting him down at every post you made ..it was relentless ..

Does your piss taking satisfy a need in you to make you feel good about yourself ?

There’s certainly something wrong with you if constantly taking the Piss out of folk helps you through your miserable sitting at a keyboard all day long day .

    Now Piss off .

    Bill was right

The hounding of people is akin to the schoolyard bully gathering up all the feeble minded Cowards around him to belittle others.

Tsunki is a rank Trouble maker .

Makes him feel good if he can put others down ..Iv seen him attacking people and belittling constantly ..almost everyday .

He needs sorting and seen for what he is…Childish with little man syndrome.

To stop the bitching and talk about football.
Just met a coach for the Brunei national team in Singapore, asked him to get the Sultan to buy Newcastle and put us out of our Ashley misery. He laughed and said why not support Brunei v Mongolia in upcoming games.
