Exclusive Report: Newcastle Very Interested In Signing 22-Year-Old Striker This Summer

Football League World (FLW) are reporting in an exclusive today that Newcastle United are interested in signing Birmingham City forward Che Adams this summer.

We first reported about Newcastle being interested in the then 18-year-old Che Adams back in November 2014.

FLW is reporting that a source close to the player has confirmed Newcastle’s high interest in the 22-year-old striker.

The forward had a good season for Birmingham last season scoring 22 goals in 48 total appearances for the club.

And since joining Birmingham from Sheffield United three years ago for around £2M, he’s played a total of 123 games with 38 goals and 13 assists for his club.

Che Adams – Birmingham’s 22-year-old striker

And he’s played twice for the England U20 side.

Che was nominated for the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Season award but failed to make the PFA Championship team, with the three forwards being Teemu Pucki (Norwich – 29), Tammy Abraham (Aston Villa – loan – 26) and Billy Sharp (Sheffield United -23).

In brackets are the Championship goals each scored for their club.

Tottenham and Everton are also said to be interested in the player with the source telling FLW that Newcastle are the club really interested in signing the 22-year-old.

Rafa Benitez, assuming he stays at Newcastle, needs to sign players who can score goals and his number one target is West Brom center-forward Salomon Rondon.

The 29-year-old Venezuelan International striker scored 13 goals for us last season and looked very good.

But Rafa and Newcastle will need to get busy soon in the transfer window if we want to sign our top targets.

The potential takeover by Sheikh Khaled and Rafa having not yet signed his new contract at Newcastle are slowing things down on Tyneside.

Maybe Che Adams is also a top target of Rafa’s this summer?

What do you think?

Comments welcome.

    Perfect answer

So many who claim to question things just want to “know better” than accepted science etc
Therefore only look for evidence that backs their newfound belief and dismiss anything to the contrary as “faked”.

Science its self is a case of questioning everything.

Great fun when you’re heading down the motorway, try to shift up to overtake a wagon and your gear selector just falls off!

I really like this link to Che Adams, really feels like the type of deal we’ve failed to take before on a young English talent coming off the back of a strong season, before they go and take the step up with someone else. Prices quoted in January weren’t outlandish and correct me if I’m wrong but Birmingham aren’t exactly flush with cash at the moment?

Don’t know why people are getting worked up about Brexit, it’s totally irrelevant.

I have it on good inside knowledge that the reason Mr Trump is over here is to negotiate our accession to the USA as the 51st state.

Even as we speak his team is working out the final details with the Queens team.

She has agreed to become Queen of America as part of the deal.

    You heard it here first.

Magscar…….. Agree with you on Brexit party. They just took advantage of everyone’s anger and frustration over Brexit. Theresa May did allow new life to be breathed into Farage though and the amount off support they mustered in a short space of time has shaken things up considerably.

Not the Van Allen belt nonsense again!

If you’d done any research you would know that the radiation in the belts waxes and wanes with the solar wind and NASA calculated exactly when and where to send the Apollo’s through… the astronauts were exposed to 0.3 rads when a lethal dose is 300+.

I’ve spoken to loads of moon landing deniers and the first question I ask is… how many times did NASA fake the landings? Seriously, not one person has got it right yet which shows how little research these deniers have done to back up their theory.

The answer is SIX Pulling off one hoax moon landing would have been some stunt but fooling the world six times over three years from 1969 to 1972 would have been- to use a well worn word from the blog earlier today – ridiculous.

Add in the failed Apollo 13 mission plus the trial orbit of the moon prior to the actual landing and that is EIGHT times NASA managed to fool the Russians (plus other countries and 100’s of radio astronomers around the world) that they had flown outside of the Van Allen belt, never mind land on the moon.

It was a doddle, even back in 1969, for the Apollo’s to be tracked from take off to wherever they went.

The cold war was at its height in 1969-1972 and the Russians had tried every way to beat the US to the moon because of the massive international prestige it would have brought them.

It would have brought exactly the opposite of prestige, downright humiliation, to the US if the Russians had caught them faking. To even begin to believe that NASA would have chanced their arm eight times if it was all a fake beggars belief.

There was no faking. The moon landings happened, six times.

    End of.

I’ve done a lot of sky watching nights with a UFO group I was involved with several years ago and I can say with confidence that I’ve seen a lot of strange Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) that defied rational explanation.

Were they alien spaceships, I haven’t a clue but if they are of human origin then their performances were way beyond anything we ordinary folk know anything about.

I also spoke to a lot of ordinary people who weren’t looking for gain or attention about things they’ve seen and there are an awful lot of them out there.

I’d bet that most of us have seen something in the sky’s that was unusual and puzzling. Bobby is correct, there are a lot of things we don’t know or are kept in the dark about, he’s far from being a loony.
