The Chronicle are reporting that a new company has been set up at Companies House with two registered directors: Sheikh Khaled bin Zayed al-Nahyan who is likely to be the new Newcastle owner.
The other director is Mihat Kidwai, the Bin Zayed Group MD – who was the person who sent out the two statements last week.
The new company is called Monochrome Acquisitions Ltd – which seems to point to black and white – no real colors – so monochrome makes sense.
Sheikh Khaled bin Zayed al-Nahyan – new Newcastle owner
And the Chronicle reports that the registered address of the new company is Pinsent Masons, “the London law firm that has previously worked with Newcastle and have drawn up the documents on behalf of the Sheikh.”

It certainly looks like everything is being put in place for an announcement soon that the BZG group have acquired Newcastle United – whatever anybody else says.
This is precisely what happens in a bona fide takeover.
