Newcastle United Target Lights Up Twitter With Dominant Display

We were linked with Besiktas midfielder Dorukhan Tokoz late last month. After Turkey’s shocking 2-0 win over World Cup Champions France last night, Tokoz is getting a lot of attention.

Apparently, Tokoz was immense for Turkey and bossed the French midfield of Paul Pogba, Blaise Matuidi, and former Newcastle United player Moussa Sissoko.

The player has really come on this past season. Having just joined Besiktas from fellow Turkish side Eskisehirspor in the summer for only €750K, he is now valued at a whopping €20M

It looks like both Newcastle and West Ham are the two English clubs who are most keen on the 23-year old.

This past January Serie A side Genoa, trying to spend some of that Krzysztof Piatek money, had two bids of €6M and €8M for Tokoz rejected.

After a performance like last night, we may see his value rise even more drastically in the coming weeks.

Below are some tweets about Tokoz’s display against France:

NY Mag: I think we are the only ones to talk to the Frog recently and he is shocked that he has more than one “friend” at the same time.

Why are we still seeing people writing “first” after all this time? Does anyone seriously care who makes the first comment? Do you win blogger of the year if you get first more than anyone else? It’s absolutely pointless and I’ve never understood it.

I should probably warn you….since I’ve had this conversation with him before.

What he is actually talking about is the FRC investigation into grant thornton (where SD are witnesses). He is somehow hoping (and he may be correct, who knows) that somehow the HMRC get involved and start investigating Ashley – its a pretty big stretch, but not necessarily impossible

I wonder how good women’s football is gonna get. About as good as women’s tennis perhaps, which can certainly be a good watch. It’d be excellent having a top NUFC women’s team, playing in front of big crowds at St Jameses, under new owners. Good teams at all levels representing the club. First team, youth, reserves and women. It’s all on, if the sale to Sheikh Khaled goes through.

I think Rafa should just go ahead and spend the whole 60 million he’s supposedly got on Rondon and a younger stellar version of him to compete with him and learn from him. That should suit us no matter if and when the sale goes through.

Thanks NY Mag. I was just trying to point out that SD and MASH Holdings are separate entities, with separate money. FFS one is public and one is private. They are set up this way to keep the businesses apart even though Ashley blurs the lines because he effectively owns both.

All I am really saying is that you have to be totally naïve if you think Ashley will take the rap for a p!ssant bit of VAT and Agent Fraud at NUFC. And syphoning off a bit of money to family members at SD?Show me any company that doesn’t do that. Haya Donald. Haya Jared.

Even if it gets to the point where it is more than a pimple on the Fat Man’s arse (try to get that image out of your mind) he can just buy off the politicians with a donation to the Tory Party.

Very few people post youtube links on here which adds to the conspiracy theory that Jane is Jib.

Evening lads and lasses, been a busy day, just got caught up on the blog shenanigans. Thankfully you can reduce the number of posts which have to be read by 30% just by skipping those made by toon22

Interesting ‘update’ by the BZG. Two words. Do they have some kind of bet on how many articles they can elicit from as few words as possible?

Hopefully their next update will be just the single word ‘Done’ and will get more articles than any.

Toon22 and his alts accusation got me thinking.

As the Jane persona, Jib is smart enough to know he can’t be picking fights with the same people that his Jib persona does. Can’t be talking about Villas in Spain and putting up things in Latin or Spanish. The Jibster is quite a smart cookie but there is enough evidence that they are one and the same to make me 99% certain. The kicker is that Jane never, ever turns up without Jib. Jib sometimes without Jane, but Jane NEVER without Jib.

That will probably change now I said it if Jib wants to keep up the masquerade.

But who really cares, if that’s what floats their/his boat!
