Does Recent Activity With Newcastle United Enterprises Limited And St James’ Park Newcastle Limited Hold Any Significance?

Alex Taylor, an NUFC fan, who broke the news about the Bin Zayed Group’s holding company Monochrome Acquisitions Limited has a tweeted about recent activity by two subsidiaries of Newcastle United.

This is what Alex has tweeted:

Both companies have a record under “Filing History” with the description of “Satisfaction of Charge 2” and “Satisfaction of Charge 3”. Both of these are to Barclays Bank and are documented under “Supplemental Deed” and “Guarantee and Debenture”. These loans have recently been satisfied.

It is interesting that these “charges” were satisfied on June 21, 2019 but it also could be coincidental as they were created on July 1, 2009. We perused all documents dealing with these two companies and could not find anything in relation to having to be satisfied in 10 years though.

There were no such activity on the other three companies that Alex lists all of which appear on the initial loans along with Newcastle United Enterprises Limited And St James’ Park Newcastle Limited.

We’ll have to keep an eye on these other three subsidiaries and see if any activity occurs anytime soon. This could all be normal business dealings and with it being very close to the 10 year mark of the inception of these loans we would err on the side of caution that they are.

Links to the companies records at Companies House can be located here and here.

You’re by far and away the biggest gobshite on this blog.

You suggest if people aren’t happy they should support Sunderland, I nearly pissed myself, you’ve done nothing but moan about Rafa Tactics player selection etc etc for 3 years, all you do is moan like a little bitch.

You should take your own advice and take your shite opinions with you.

There are finally some ex-players coming out in favour of Rafa and even more importantly against Ashley and the way he runs the club. Ray Parlour on talksport. They have remained quiet for so long and let Ashley apologists like Keys, Gray and Rio have the floor. Pity they had to wait for Rafa to leave to say anything.

Cheers Jail (or is it Boycott now?) – you’re right, should be a great game, enjoy it and hope the guys perform again.

Yannick Carasco is a winger isn’t he?

Manager is called Choi Kang Hee.

Either way fair play to Rafa as it’s silly to turn down money like that and our odious turd of an owner showed him zero respect at all.

I posted 2 years ago (somebody will be able too check that) that the BIGGEST problem with NUFC was the sheepish fans who kept going to the slaughter week in and week out “Supporting the team”. Anybody who enters the ground condones what Ashley is doing too us. I said 2 years ago shift the narrative to an empty ground “Live on Sky”,nobody cares about SD pickets on Northumberland St, nobody cares about banners outside the ground!!!!!!REALLY all those banners, then you all troop inside to the slaughter amd condone the very fella you’ve all been slagging off outside.

ONLY when the headline is, “NUFC live on Sky” at home with only 15k in the ground will the story shift, how does that get explained away by Penfold?, we all had colds!!, it was raining!!, it was only Arsenal!!. I’m so pleased that FINALLY others have seen that the only way to affect MA is by staying away. Ffs, the match is on the TV, go to the pub, invite the lads you normally go to the game with to your house and WATCH it on Sky, just don’t show up like sheep anymore.
