Former Goalkeeper Tweets Of Excitement At Current Club – Stark Contrast To NUFC

Tim Krul is excited to get back to training at Norwich. His childlike joy at returning to action after the summer break will be in stark contrast to what NUFC players will be feeling this Thursday.

Newcastle players will be returning to a dark place filled with the void of their iconic manager’s departure. A place of uncertainty and doubt which is under the thumb of a truly nasty piece of work in Mike Ashley.

They will be returning to a training ground in desperate need of modern upgrades. A ground at which they will be under the tutelage of Neil Redfearn when they will be longing for Rafa Benitez.

Norwich City have spent the last three seasons in the Championship since getting relegated with Newcastle and Aston Villa in 2016. Newcastle came straight back up while Norwich and Villa just came back up this summer.

But you have to ask yourself, who is in better shape. Certainly not the club that has spent the last two seasons reaping the financial rewards of Premiership TV revenue.

The teams that have spent the last three seasons languishing in the second division have taken steps towards Premiership prosperity. Villa is bringing in players while Norwich has upgraded its facilities.

This is what Tim has tweeted:

Newcastle have made one thing clear to fans, players, and staff alike. It is a signal to all associated with the club. And it reads:

Abandon all hope ye who enter here.

    Jail,

I’ll tell you what my expectations are once I know who the manager is and any new signings he brings in.

As brilliant as Rafa was, and as much as I want any new owners to bring him back, I’m not going to believe that he is the only manager on the planet who can do a job.

Granted, he is one hell of an act to follow but until he is followed and we see what happens I won’t be flogging myself along with the majority doom and gloom brigade.

One Fine Day, you called me a Twat the other day for no reason except that you were probably following on from some fool on here. You are now telling me that the club isnt yours anymore because we have lost a good manager and we have a fool of a chairman? Betty, take your slurs about Gaelic football elsewhere. You wouldnt say that to my face or over here you cheap git. Jail nobody wanted to lose Rafa, and we all think Ashley is a buffoon. Now lets see what the next stage is. Who knows we might get taken over and get Rafa back.

We still getting apathetic tosspots commenting on here who would rather put their energy into poo-pooing boycotts than trying to gee people up and into action?
Those posters more interested in anonymously proving what savvy realists they are than trying to affect change. Here’s the thing… noone knows who you are or is impressed by how pragmatic you are. All you achieve is a little point scored in your own head.

Haven’t had time to read through all these new posters’ cricket related suicide inducing mundane sh¡t posts these last few days…
Even worse the people who talk about ‘individual choice’. Yeah, your individual choice to selfishly fck everyone else over.

i recon the take over is dead in the water not because of owt that divvy TOON22 has said . more because of reading Rafa’s statement . he never had a chance with the Fat One . all Rafa wanted was to take us up as a team a club a couple of levels . but the tight arsed twat who owns us put paid to the best manager we’ve had since Keegan and SBR . TOON22 you need to give your heed a shake and tail back you comments as the blog is hurting big style now . so TOON22 what are you gonna do . what meetings you gonna go to? what rallies you gonna go to? your reply will be cant make it .you talk a good game but no action off you what so ever . to me ( and quite a few people on here ) think your loving every minute of this . so give it a rest will you taper back your comments is all i ask.

    Bill’s,
Regardless of who the new manager is you must have some expectations, do you think Ashley will compromise on the conditions that seen Rafa walk to land his man, you know as well as I do that who ever comes in will be having the rules set out and will just be happy for his 2/4M a year salary +a survival bonus.

That NUFC tweet, though. If ever there was an indication that Mike Ashley is a vindictive, horrid, disgusting, fat sociopath then the evidence is right there. On the day Rafa puts out a statement, the horrible cockney orders the club to put out a tweet about the new kit.

The club clearly didn’t even want to do it, but shows how rancid the Fat Man’s psyche is. It is a VERY deliberate F-U to everyone associated with NUFC – including its’ own employees.

I find it disgusting that this man is allowed to just do whatever he wants – the Premier League and FA should be hauled over hot coals for the utter lack of authority, control or care they demonstrate.

Well. we finally bumped Pogba off the Daily Mail website as their top story. They say:

“Benitez SLAMS Ashley as he breaks his silence on Newcastle exit in explosive letter to fans”

Is that what he did? I thought it was a very measured response to a sad and terrible situation.

Look lads its a disaster that Rafa has left. I dont give a damn if some of you persist with your lie that I hated him. I wanted him here for years. But he might come back if we get new owners. Yes its looking ugly now, but if Ashley stays, maybe a decent coach like Rafa ( without the success, but with potential) will come forward. Or maybe BZG will get us. Either way, i’m not walking off home with my football. You are either an nufc supporter or you are not, painful as it may be.

    Bills
With respect you are missing the point regards Rafa leaving and waiting to see who comes in. The point is the owner has rejected Rafa because of his “moderate” ambition for the club. So he’s not ever going to employ someone to take the club forward; he’s going to employ someone who will dance to his tune. It will probably be an up and coming young manager who wants to use us as a stepping stone!

    Munster,
You’re getting confused about what a supporter is, I am withdrawing all financial ties with the club, I won’t be going to matches or buying anything from them. I will still look out for results and continue to be a fan, he’s just not getting anymore money from me.

Munster: I remember Del using that word on Only Fools and Horses which was very much a family show. Not sure what I am saying by relaying this except it has been used in the context of a general insult before and the literal meaning was ignored. A bit like bugger.
