Goal are reporting that Christian Atsu’s African Cup of Nations is over as his recent hamstring has ruled him out for the remainder of the tournament.
He will reportedly head back to England for treatment on the injury which now seems to be a bit more serious than first anticipated.
Yesterday the club tweeted that Christian was a doubt for Ghana’s final group stage game against Guinea-Bissau which will take place today in what is shaping up to be an important game.

This is likely to set Atsu back a bit as the players are due to report back this Thursday for medical and fitness evaluations.
The extent of the injury is unknown at this point, and you never risk it with a hamstring, so it may not be too severe.

You claim that Rafa “has not done us any favours in one respect” by “approaching the club and saying he would like the opportunity to make something of this squad, this club”.
That is the most convoluted, ar$e over tit argument you’ve ever come out with. Unbelievable. I’ll put it down to lack of sleep or maybe a bad hangover.

That’s because Kenedy made 25, he’s gone now and we haven’t got round to replacing him yet.
