It’s Official – Ayoze Perez Announced As Leicester City’s New Signing

Leicester City Football Club have just announced the signing of Ayoze Perez for a fee of £30m.

Ayoze becomes Leicester’s second signing this summer after 21-year-old defender James Justin from Luton Town.

The Club have confirmed that Leicester City have activated a buy-out clause in his contract.

Ayoze Perez joined Newcastle in July of 2014 for £1.5m from Spanish club Tenerife. He made 195 appearances for Newcastle with 48 goals and 17 assists.

Though inconsistent at times, he is only 25 years old and hitting his prime years. His attacking flair and key goals will be a big miss to Newcastle United.

We wish Ayoze Perez the best of luck in the East Midlands. He was a great servant to Newcastle United in his five years with our club.

What or who will the £30million go towards….a new Training Academy Centre would be good. Then again 6 x 5million youngsters with sell on potential could be useful business.

At least with got a fit Gayle to replace Perez and play off Rondon……mmm, thinks

Could we report Ashley to the Race Relations Board – after all he’s got rid of 5 Spanish people from the club.

Foggy from previous, good spot Sir.

So, we have Ashley’s chopper flying up to Newcastle, meeting the scheduled Emirates jet then immediately flying down to Luton two days ago.

Next we have a private jet which rarely leaves the Far East flying into Newcastle from Kuala Lumpur via Abu Dhabi yesterday, scheduled to travel to Luton today.

Now, we have Ashley’s private jet (which I didn’t know he owned but does – see below) flying from Berlin to Luton this morning.

That’s all a huge coincidence if there’s not something going on.

Genjikai keep the ideas coming though, it’s the only way things get done as long as the people suggesting them dont take it personally if they get shot down. Best way forward is for you to keep in touch with the magpie group up there and get the message abou the Arsenal boycott out to as many people as possible who are not on Twitter or on this blog.

Come to think of it, you’re probably in a good position to know how other match-goers get their info. Think about how you can get the boycott message to them and you’ll be doing a fantastic job. Most match goers arent on here or Twitter (i think less than 5% of ST holders are on Twitter) so we have to get the message across to the other 95% quickly.

if only this was ash’s final pillaging before he exited stage left, I’d take it.

    Tuttelbom

Once we got Almiron up and running, Rondon and Perez were transformed and as good as anything I’ve seen for a while.

    Beefman

pardew in that one and only good season had cisse and Ba scoring worldies, finally accidentally played Ben arfa because of injuries and got a quite a few favourable reffing decisions. The man had cisse, ba, hba, guti, colo, krul, tiote , cabaye et all, all in their prime. What rafa did with a rag bag lot was phenomenal. How many did Rondon score with Pardew and Pulis, now that’s negative football. Plus did we not beat Man city too.

A buy out clause of 30 million. We’ve had their eyes out. Look at his goalscoring record. He is a second striker after all. He came with great potential and never really lived up to it.

How sure are you regarding the take over is happening?

    On Perez..
I honestly will not cry over losing him, though not keeping Rondon is a loss.. An upgrade on Perez should be there for the taking, for less than 30mil.

Foggy, I think that is (maybe) less relevant. That family is vast and Sheikh Khaled is a fairly minor member of it. However, it becomes very relevant if Shk Khaled is acting as a front for one or more of his relatives or has been asked to do so by his family as a favour to someone in Malaysia.

Too many rabbit holes to be certain about anything from that angle, I think.
