Dubravka, Schar, And Sorensen Start Against West Ham In Second Premier League Asia Trophy Match

In a game that new head coach Steve Bruce will watch from the stands due to visa restrictions, here is the team that has been announced for Newcastle.

We are thrilled to see Elias Sorensen start this game after he was one of the lone bright spots in Wednesday loss to Wolves.

The team will want to impress the new head coach and give a better all-around performance.

Let’s hope they are able to do that and see if they can close out this tournament with a better display.

    Wearside Jack.OMgawd
    Jib,
He was under contract and therefore not in a position to tell the fans for possible disciplinary action. Why didn’t the club persuade him to go by mutual consent instead of just saying ‘no comment’ all bloody summer.
If you’re blaming Rafa for this sorry state the club is in you really have nailed your colours to the mast……again.

Colback anywhere near our team is a disgrace

West Ham to win by a couple and Colback to give away 23 free kicks outside our box in the first half

    Bruce out

    Sabotage sky

    Sabotage Ashley

Referring to NUFC as Sp**t’s Direct United might be risky in that when the media puck up on it, it’s giving SD even more exposure at the expense of NUFC. Remember the anger when SJP was rebadged as Sports Direct Arena or whatever? He might get ideas again.

Now if we were to refer to NUFC as Shite Direct United………

Phew, that’s alright then, the delay is only so they can try to sell some away shirts be ause no one is buying the new home kit, are you ?

On the subject of Joelinton, the Sky Sports reporter suggested that the Brazilian’s move from Hoffenheim could be announced at the start of next week, with it being claimed in Germany that his ‘imminent’ move been delayed slightly as the club want to combine his unveiling with the official release of our new 2019/20 away kit.

Morning guys a quick straw poll – I’m planning to do predictions this season as usual. However I’m on holiday for the 2 weeks before the season kicks off probably with dodgy WiFi. So would people prefer to do them next week or the week after the Arsenal game?

Interesting Bruce said Mike told him he would have say in transfers – considering he’s never actually met the bloke that’s a bit rich… What he meant was charnley said Mike was fully behind him and he would have final say on who on the list he wanted… What charnley meant was, mike’s fully behind you shafting you at every opportunity, we’ll give you a list of one player and you can say yes as we’re getting them in anyway

Bills Son reckons the lads are rallying around Steve Bruce who is renowned for creating team spirit which could go a long way to help us have a decent season and prove the doubters wrong.

Team spirit is one thing but organising the team to win matches is another. Bruce’s record at winning games is very poor so why would that suddenly change under one of the worst owners football has ever seen and with the game rapidly evolving and modernising?

12million reasons why rafa went to China to be paid more than Klopp and not far of Guadiola.
    …and it wasn’t for a project…

Loved the guy but hes pulled a bit of wool over our eyes and played the journalists

Wish he was here, but like the takeover..i dont let emotions cloud my judgement

We are as a club are cursed, this will be the next example

Sorensen is prolific in the reserves etc and goes on to do nothing in the first team

Liverpool’s Brewster does the same but goes on to score 20-25 a season in the prem.

Longstaff is the one that will make it but will be flogged on transfer deadline day with his replacement not able to get across the line

I have only seen this Joelinton on YouTube clips and he doesn’t look like 35 million quids worth to me. As I said yesterday the Tanzanian kid who plays for Genk in Belgium has scored a hatful of goals for them and looks quick, strong and skilful with a helluva shot on him. Looks a no brainer at around 10 mil in comparison.

We’re going to appreciate Raa more than ever once the season starts. We quickly got used to hving a rare breed of manager who could change formations and tactics ten minutes into a game then switch back during different phases. Now we’re back to the Ron Manager style of coaching.

Pre season friendly results don’t matter

Bruce would not have kept us up with last years squad.

We are weaker this year again

    Out:
    Rondon
    Perez
    Diame
    Joselu
    Kenedy

    In:
    Gayle
    Colback
    Lazar

After watching the True Geordie’s response to the developments at the club and us ending up with Dumpling Chops as head coach , I feel just as apathetic as him and I’m sure many others . I don’t think there will be enough empty seats at the Arsenal match as the anger will have subsided by then and a philosophical and probably cynical stance will be adopted by the majority.

However when the inevitable poor home performances and defeats start to mount up then the anger and resentment towards Ashley will surface again and hopefully the fans will finally show Ashley we men business.

Wayayman……… Ah ok didn’t realise he was a 10 , so if we got Joelinton and Samatta then on paper we would have a good front two. It’s so hard to enthuse though with how things are.

Rafa leaving the club is a symptom of the disease.

We need to find the cure. Not sure ginger Jack is that.
