Newcastle Can’t Bring Players In Or Ship Players Out

The Sun’s Alan Nixon is reporting that Newcastle are trying to offload Dwight Gayle but are having issues with even setting up a loan deal for him due to his high wages.

This could be an issue for Newcastle with players like Gayle, Jack Colback, and Henri Saivet. The squad is too big at the moment but lacking in key areas. They also have Championship level players on Premier League level wages.

It’s certainly not an ideal situation for a club that in reality needs to add at least another four players by the end of this window.

If Gayle is to leave, which seems to be what the club is trying to achieve, he will need to be replaced. He could command a decent fee of around £15m which could be used to secure his replacement.

Dwight Gayle– wages will always be a problem

However, time is of the essence and we just can’t see Newcastle being able to get deals done quickly. They’ve messed about over Allan Saint-Maximin for near a week now.

They just have too many players who likely aren’t good enough and some that we truly just don’t know enough about. It seems like right-back Jamie Sterry will need to go out on loan and we just have not seen enough of Henri Saivet or Achraf Lazaar to really know what they can bring.

However, the fact that they have yet to make any impact in the first team over the past three years does make you think they just aren’t of the required standard.

We expect a lot of news over the next few weeks about ins and outs with this squad. There is a lot that needs to happen in so little time.

This squad needs shaping and it needs to start happening immediately.

The implementation of the Market Abuse Directive (MAD) in 2005 resulted in an EU-wide market abuse regime and a framework for establishing a proper flow of information to the market. It is designed to improve confidence in the integrity of the integrated European market and greater cross-border cooperation.
In October 2011, the European Commission (EC) issued a proposal which aimed to introduce common criminal sanctions of insider dealing/market manipulation and to align international interpretations of MAD into a harmonised approach known as CSMAD or MAD II. In 2014, the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and the Directive on Criminal Sanctions for Market Abuse were published with an implementation date of 3 July 2016.

The Criminal Sanctions for Market Abuse (CSMAD or MAD II) requires each member state to implement legislation to ensure that market abuse is a criminal offence which can be effectively punished.

25 July 2019, Sports Direct received a payment notice from the Belgian tax authorities for €674m (£605m)

Did they trade on that day without disclosing it, or on the Friday ?

APPENDIX 3 – OWNERS’ AND DIRECTORS’ TEST

    Introduction

The intention behind this Appendix 3 is to protect the image and integrity of The League and its competitions, the well-being of the Clubs, and the interests of all of the stakeholders in those Clubs, by preventing anyone who is subject to a ‘Disqualifying Condition’ being involved in or influencing the management or administration of a Club.

Has the Sky commentators. I think Athers and Nasser are great and also Mikey Holding.

Hopefully Shane Warne will be on since it is the Ashes.

Judging by the comments of the PSG fans on that link they look happy to be getting 11m.

Hey ho, another body. Don’t know much about him myself but it’s always nice Shen the selling teams fans are a bit disgruntled. You can’t have everything though.

@ Boycott Ashley, totally agree with everything you say, there are tons of ways to support a regime that hurts Ashley, I for one have not purchased anything associated with MA for over five years now , I didn’t want him here then and don’t want him here now, he lies to much to the fans.

But this giving people shit because of there views on the boycott should stop, if they do not boycott then as you said they can contribute in other ways and I’m sure they will.

Personally I feel every Newcastle Fan wants rid of Ashley and if it takes only 20000 of the 52000 plus fans to make this happen then when it does everyone can come to the party.
