Reports From France – Deal For Frenchman Complete With Medical Tomorrow

Get French Football News have sent out the following update regarding Newcastle’s deal for Allan Saint-Maximin. Three French outlets are reporting that the €18m plus add-ons deal is complete.

The deal apparently includes significant and easily attainable add-ons that make it very likely it will reach €22m (£20m). RMC and Soccer Link are reporting that the deal is complete while Nice Matin goes a step further to report that Saint-Maximin will have a medical tomorrow.

Nice Matin journalist William Humberset has sent the following tweet.

This tweet translates to:

Allan Saint-Maximin will have his medical tomorrow in Newcastle. OGC Nice is expected to pocket €20m, including a cash portion, for the transfer of the 22-year-old winger to the north of England

The Sun also has that the deal has been agreed.

It will be great if Newcastle can get the deal closed tomorrow or over the weekend.

Now that we have no decent manager we spend. When we had a decent manager we were only able to pay for the likes of Joselu. It really is diabolical from Ashley.

    Essex
Past few seasons I’ve mentioned few times how we should be raiding clubs young players like PSG, Man City etc because they’ve got some brilliant young players that are getting disillusioned with chances of regular first team football.
Don’t know anything about this Sissako lad as I’ve not seen him before but on YT he looks like he’s got a lot of qualities going for him.

    Trafalico / Philipp Maxx / N’Soki
A back up striker like Welbeck / Austin / Long

    And I think we’re sorted

Now that Maximini is coming in forget about Harry Wilson. He was never coming anyway but especially not now. I would imagine Klopp will loan him out to a club with a good, trustworthy manager, not a head coach with his heed up his own coal mine.

Sissako looks good for a youngun, both feet, good range of passing, would probs fit in at Dm too as he seems quick too……according to that wiseesque method of scouting.

As far as I am concerned we have only one out and out goal scorer at the club.
    Gayle.
Many have tried to explain the knack of scoring.
It’s never really been done. Some just have it some don’t.

Rush through on goal scores 3/4 out of five.
Belamy through on goal scores 1/2 out of five.

Science can’t explain it. You’ve got it or you don’t

Its excellent were going back to the good old days of Carr buying in a bunch of players Jabba might profit from
With an inept manager in place to do as hes told

It was so successful last time its an utter no brainier to go back to it,insted of mucking about with world class managers who want to build a team to compete

    Horray
