Report – 18-Year-Old PSG Defender’s Deal To Newcastle Is Off

Get French Football News is reporting that Moussa Sissako will not be joining either Newcastle or Brighton this summer.

It had been reported that deals from both clubs had been agreed upon and that it was up to Sissako to decide between the two.

However, it appears that while both clubs did have contract proposals on the table neither could reach a full agreement. We would expect Newcastle to continue to work on getting Sissako to Newcastle over the course of this year.

Bruce recently mentioned that the club are going to invest in the U23 squad. They also should be announcing the signing of 20-year-old defender Ludwig Francillette in the near future.

We hope that they are able to continue strengthening the U23s as they have failed to produce many first-teamers over the years. Though they do look to have a couple of local lads in Sean and Matty Longstaff set to come through big time.

I’d prefer Caroll Vorderman over Andy, she’d get more pitch time

    This summer’s PR “narrative”:

    Mark Douglas@MsiDouglas

If Carroll comes back… Newcastle-born manager, left-back, central midfielder (Longstaff) & striker in that #NUFC side.

Right, that’s 30 million net spend up to now. We definitely need another forward in otherwise it may have been spent in vain. Not enough goals means bottom 3 ! Wake up Charnley, you’ve fannied around getting a back up full back in. Now do your job!

Those three marque signings could prove big, but it would be immense if AC signs AND stays fit. He has terrorised many a top defender. Unbeatable in the air and can play football.

Still remember that winner vs. Arsenal. Gave them no chance.

So, if he signs it will truly be an excellent window. A fired up Andy, plus quality around him

I’m hoping we do get Andy Carroll. We need a big man upfront who can come off the bench and has good experience in PL.
So far only one who can hold the ball up is jolington.

You read my mind about Andy Carroll. Perfect to bring off the bench. When we need a goal, we can lump the ball up to him.

Ashley tore out and spit on my heart when we sold Carroll, to bring him back now in any capacity will be a f*****g insult… Exactly the sort of thing Ashley likes to do, have a good old laugh at us.

There will be no tears of joy and a swelling of pride if this geordie is brought back home. It will simply be a reminder of how out of touch our owner is and another fat laugh in our faces.

I loved Carroll and none of my annoyance would be aimed at him and if he does come back but it will be yet another example of just how much we MUST ALL drop the “Support the team not the regime” b******t mentality and BoycottNUFC to get the parasite out of the club.

By the looks of it PSG players are on the kind if wages the top 6 pay, approx 3x Casey’s max budget.

Who would you guys like us to sign before 5, realistically.
I’d like either Maia or Bowen.

Carrol is as effective as Joselu yet everyone thinks it’s good business.

I suppose it’ll be nice reminiscing about the good old days whilst nose diving to the championship.

I’m not sure if I find his return or the comments lording him up more ridiculous.

Some of you should go back to subeteo as Fifa is rotting your brains.

The blog format doesn’t work, I post something the moment a new article is posted. Why would I waste my time writing anything on a BLOG just to have it immediately buried with all of the previous posts that most won’t read.

The discussion flows with the posts. Hence why rarely anybody talks about the article they are posting on. As if I need to point that out. I appreciate you might be a bit slow to grasp this.

Anybody who posts something they posted on a previous article because the train moved to quick… Let me be the first to say you DON’T have to start with a f*****g apology or “REPOST”.

Anybody who has the misfortune of reading my posts twice… I’m so… very… sorry.

Andy Carroll is a SICK NOTE FFS!! Why can’t some not see this!? Blinded by the fact he’s a geordie. I would be happy with Andy Carroll IF he’s fit. BUT he never is fit! Just look at his injury record and the many months he is out injured. I can’t help but feel this will end in disaster. Last year he was woeful, 12 apps with no goals. That’s not so bad if you’re a winger like Almiron but very poor if you’re a striker!

Understand NUFC defender Kelland Watts is travelling to Stevenage ahead of proposed loan move. Highly-rated 19-year-old who has been in and around the first team this summer. Only ever heard very good things about him.

I would take a chance on Carroll,if we can get him fit and confident he’d be our best striker.Joelinton looks decent but only scored a handful of goals last year in a weaker league.A huge gamble by the slug thinking of future value instead of what the team needs now, proven scorers at this level. If they don’t bring another striker of sufficient quality and Joelinton isn’t banging them in we’re fckud.

IrishRob- it will not be free. He will take a large sum of our wage money from limited the budget we have for FIT players. He will take up the place that a fit and consistent player could take. ‘IF’ he’s fit is being overly optimistic as he is bound to break down for months again any time soon. Imagine this Joelinton gets injured and when we need a big striker to fill in we have an injured Carroll, leaving us with Muto up front.

Newcastle’s latest signing Emil Krafth spoke to NUFC TV following his move from French club Amiens earlier today.

“In my career, I’ve played in Italy and France, and I’ve always wanted to try the Premier League also. I think the league and the style fits how I play as a player,” said Krafth.

“In those countries I’ve been in, I’ve learned a lot there also. In Italy there was a lot of tactics as a defender, so I learned a lot there, and I learned a lot in France where the football is a little bit more like the Premier League.

“I don’t like to talk about myself like this, but I’m solid, very physical and I’m good with the ball. I’m good one against one in defence.

“That’s why I wanted to try the Premier League – I think it will fit me as a player. It’s a hard league to play in physically, and I like to play physically, so hopefully it’s going to fit me well.”

Andy Carroll Might very well be a sick note. I could understand fans being against the deal IF we were lining up other players or IF we ‘spent every penny’.

But if we never spend the right amount of money, and there is nobody else coming in, then why the hell would anyone have a problem in us signing Carroll?!?! He is an extra body at the very least. It’s not our money! Like what possible reason is this a negative?
