Fans See Bad Omen For Sunday In Manchester United Away Form

Manchester United only managed a draw in their Europa League match at AZ Alkmaar. This leaves them without a win in their last 10 away games.

Many Newcastle fans can see this statistic as a bad omen for Sunday.

Newcastle’s last win at St James Park was a 3-1 win against Southampton in April. They have not won in four games at home since. This season we have played three home games; a loss to Arsenal, and disappointing draws against Watford and Brighton.

We really need three points on Sunday so let’s hope the Red Devils can make it 7 losses in their last 11 away matches.

Lets wait till the inevitable happens, and we are relegated

We will then see the PR try and say its up to the fans to help the team get promotion

Sadly all hope has gone, people just dont care while the parasite is here
Pretending to sell to Kenyon wont wash as we arnt all stupid

It wasn just Rafa leaving that has caused this

It was Jabba dragging in a hopeless yes man as manager and going straight back to what we are doing now
Rolling back the clock to happy times for him it would seem

We are all sick of it

The cheap ticket story in the Mag.
Checked web site. There are 850 seats available in the upper Gallowgate. That from memory is an improvement on Watford and Brighton. Not by a huge number. Perhaps a couple of hundred.
Still match day sales to go.
Level 7 in the North West corner. One section with 260 seats and a couple of others with 126 to 132.

For the avoidance of doubt. No I did not count every section. Upper Gallowgate seems to offer a clue on how they are going.

The article in the Mag does not say how much the tickets are going for.
Half price ? Well is that really that cheap. My ticket is £48 now if you buy on a match by match basis. It’s 60% of that if you are on the ten year deal. You could argue that quite a lot of us are on cheap tickets compared to the match by match price, although we are I suppose being rewarded for putting the money up front months before the game.

With more away supporters for this one I am going for 47 thousand.

Your thinly veiled disguise as a Newcastle fan is transparent..although at times you do try and make it opaque with conflicting mutterings and statements. In summing up your exsistence on this blog, long term, It reads overall that your in support of Mike Ashley.

    Just an observation.

I didnt comment definitively on his training methodology except to say that if his running drills suited jonjo, then fine. Stop being a lying toerag. SB isnt doing well. And I am commenting on that. I didnt want him either. And my patience is wearing thin like all nufc fans. Any more lies, sealwatcher?

    No you are wrong.
I have had a go at Ashley year after year on this blog.
Stood up loads of stuff about his financial dealings. Not in a good sense.
This is all about the fact that there is now a division between those who still go to games and those that do not.
I’m not hoping for an improved attendance. It will be interesting to see how it goes.
Couple of days back I gave my opinion on how it will go.
It will get gradually get worse and really kick off after Christmas.
We were fooled in 2016. Won’t be fooled again is what I said.

Bloody hell, I don’t check the blog for days, I have a quick catch up to what’s going on and what do I see? Yet more immature name calling. What is it with these people? What’s going on in a person’s life that they have to resort to childish behavior? Not much, obviously.

I’ll check back again on matchday and hopefully things will be more civil. I won’t hold my breath though…

In the next few weeks and months it won’t be about Steve Bruce.
If it gets gradually worse it will be about the owner and his neglect.
He won’t step in to do anything about it.
That’s what folks should focus on.

Just like he did with AP, JC and SM.
He won’t say owt to the supporters.

Steve Bruce is an average manager who will do his best.
The owner has set him up to fail. He does not have a 3 year deal on 6M a year.
He does not have the authority that goes with that.

The players may well down tools just to get rid of him as has happened at a number of clubs.

Be interesting to see whether Ashley backs Bruce in January, or simply doesn’t, in preparation for cutting costs should we take the drop.

If Ashley doesn’t back Bruce in January then you would expect him to walk. Wouldn’t you?

Probably cannot reference the upcoming Man U game with reference to gate trends.
As it is Man U more folk will be prepared to attend especially if “el cheapo” tickets or being offered.

If we get beat on Sunday -be prepared for all the news outlets to hail Man U’s turn around ba bla bla. We’ll be sick of watching the highlights.

Thereafter an angry vibe on the blog during the International break.
