This is the team Steve Bruce has chosen to battle Wolves today at St James Park. It’s just the one change with Federico Fernandez coming in for the injured Fabian Schar.

Steve Bruce does not change it up too much as he keeps faith in the front three of Joelinton, Allan Saint-Maximin, and Miguel Almiron. Dwight Gayle and Yoshinori Muto get spots on the bench to provide some attacking options if needed.
This is how the visitors will lineup.

Wolves manager Nuno Espirito Santo will pull Leander Dendoncker from the midfield to center-back for the injured Willy Boly. It’s a position the 6′ 2″ Belgian has not played often for Wolves.
This is the start of a four-game stretch that Newcastle need to get points in. Three points is all that will do in this one at St James Park. Last time at home, it was a resounding 1-0 win over Manchester United on the wonderful Matty Longstaff goal.
Let’s hope someone steps up today and gets us the goals we need to get all three points.

He is a sprinter with limited ability. He could get away with it in the States, he is really struggling to up his level and adapt to the higher quality. The longer it takes him to adapt, the less likely he is actually going to or ever had the ability to step up. He currently offers very little, other than pace and effort.
He needs to be taken out of the spotlight, for both his and the teams sake. A few matches out where he can just train, maybe keep sharpness by playing u23’s a couple of times. It will reduce pressure on him, and hopefully that will help him.
