Report- Brazilian Youngster Linked To Newcastle In Negotiations With Monaco

In late July, there were multiple reports that Newcastle were very interested in signing Brazilian forward Marrony. There was even a report out of Portugal, that Newcastle were in negotiations for the 20-year-old in a £10.7m deal.

Those claims appeared to be wide of the mark as later in the month, the Chronicle’s Mark Douglas issued a statement on Twitter that Newcastle had no interest in the Vasca da Gama youngster.

After this revelation from Douglas, Newcastle’s links to Marrony died down. However, the forward still seems to be in demand with some high profile clubs.

La Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Nicolo Schira is reporting that Monaco are now in negotiations for Marrony.

This tweet roughly translates to:

Monaco in negotiations with Vasco da Gama for left-winger Marrony.

Marrony is contracted to Vasca da Gama until 2023 and has a €35m release clause. However, it is believed that the Brazilian club would accept a fee in the €10m range.

The versatile youngster has made 30 appearances in Brazil’s Serie A this season with 3 goals and 2 assists. He’s mainly been used as either a center-forward or on the left-wing.

An animal charity says House of Fraser is “painfully out of touch”, after it started selling fur products.
The company, taken over by Sports Direct’s Mike Ashley last year, said in a statement in 2017 that it had a “strict no-fur policy”.
There was a backlash online and outside shops on Monday after garments were found to be lined with fur.
The Humane Society International/UK accused the store of losing its “moral compass”.

    How low does Ashley stoop

Who are you trying to convince, surely not yourself. And who tf says ya, I’m sure they don’t even say that in Murton.

Mourinho is likely to disrupt the apple cart at Tottenham in the short-term. Most vulnerable would be their misfiring forward line I would think. Whether it gets any better would depend on how much Levy is willing to spend this winter. Pochettino’s wishful and hypothetically being at NUFC wouldn’t work either. Both Mourinho and Pochettino are no grinders. While they can assemble something fancy when money is flowing, neither appear to have the nouse of digging out of a sh¡thole. Such a capability is a job requirement at NUFC at least up until Ashley’s around. I am not confident in this regard with our current coaching staff either. That’s what is worries me since with NUFC sh¡t is always about to happen.

From previous comments – I’m sure I said a while ago that toon22 seems to be more than one person. Possibly students carrying out some sort of experiment and evidence collecting – reiteration effect?

There are definitely different writing styles and forms of expression. Possibly multiple personality disorder?

    Anyway, what do I know……………………………

On the fur thing, I’ve always held the view that use of animal products is ok if the best use of the animal is made and if they are raised and slaughtered in the best possible way that circumstances allow in a properly regulated, transparent market.

So in that case, it’s fine to use the fur from animals that have been raised for meat or for dairy produce, but if the only thing which you are raising them for is their fur and the only way to harvest it involves the death of the animal then that’s wrong.

I also think that if people want to wear vintage fur clothing then that’s also fine, as the animals are already dead and destroying the clothing made from their fur is actually a bit of a metaphorical slap in the face.

Sadly, Ashley is likely to have sourced these new fur items from cheap, unregulated sources with no oversight of the conditions in which the animals have been raised and where they have been farmed purely for reasons of mere vanity.

He cares not a jot for anything or anyone in this World other than himself.

Jib, if that’s true then it will indeed fit the criteria.

It has to be better to know the whole animal is being used, if it’s to be killed anyway then why waste any of it?

racoons In Spain, its presence in the wild is already commonplace in Madrid and Guadalajara and is sporadic in other regions such as the island of Mallorca. Its presence is however far from welcomed

Feel sorry for Poch, the camp is clearly not happy at spurs but that’s down to Levy not paying the going rate to keep top players. No shock vertonghen, alderweireld, eriksen, rose want out and that the likes of walker and trippier have moved out.

They also bought no one last season, not a single player. Haha Levy was expecting miracles and if he’d invested maybe just maybe the CL final wouldve gone another way.

On the appointment, Mourinho is perfect for them, he’ll get them singing from the same page, knock a few heads together and tell those that want to leave that they can but only if they perform. In a way it’s a good thing for poch and a good thing for spurs

When were mink released in the UK?
American mink first arrived in Britain in 1929, but only in commercial fur farms. They were first reported to be breeding wild in the UK in 1956, as a result of escapees and deliberate releases.
