Merry Christmas To Newcastle United Fans Around The World

We wish all our readers and all the fans of Newcastle United Football Club around the world, and everybody associated with the club a Merry Christmas and all the very best in the New Year.

New manager Steve Bruce has made an excellent start to his career at Newcastle and has the players right behind him.

We stand in 9th place in the table level on points with Manchester United – who we play tomorrow at Old Trafford.

If we can finish 9th this season it will be the second-best finish in the Premier League in the long and painful tenure of Mike Ashley as the owner.

We are hoping for the best of all things in the coming year, including a new and ambitious owner.

merry xmas

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all.

Ed and Neil Harrison.

Very interesting question you asked about how somebody manages to post Getty images. Did you get the answer yet? The world awaits, with great interest.

    To everyone, enjoy your day.

On Getty images, they have millions of commercial amd corporate photos that are free to access provided the source quoted. If you wabt the image without the gettyimage on, then you have to pay.

Used them, and other companies similar, whem in Malawi and promoting sporting tours to fund the academy.

    Froggy

Eentresting and given the price to buy the images, somebody must have a lot of money to spare, access to the Getty library via a business or is obtaining them illegally.

    Anyway, enough.

Not saying that is how Jib gets them, he may just copy them from the site…. Or, possibly, vut I’d say unlikely, actually be PR.

Sorry Lesh! I haven’t seen the photos, but the constant question is going to bore everyone!!

If they haven’t the getty image watermark on, then they are from source, or paid for. If they have, they are easily copied or downloaded.

Their hypothesis that I somehow had access to the images because I’m PR
was so stupid I didn’t deem it worthy of reply.

All the best to you and those you love.

    Hibbit,

That was the year I had my first season ticket. My dad wouldn’t take me to away games at that point. I was 5 at the time. Also he and his brothers were all raised as Sunderland fans by my Grandad. My Granny was Newcastle though, and she saved me from that misfortune.

My dad had to take me from then on, and to training, so I think he has blocked out the red and white past from his memory.

Well, looks like you have to purchase a license to get them, on another not, looking at the photo Joe looks like a beast, didn’t realize he was so big. Hope he can understand his size and push through soon with some goals for the club. He seems like he would be a handful for any defender.

There is a simple check on the gettyimage. If it is legally used with the watermark, it will link back to getty. If it doesn’t have the watermark, you have paid a small fortune, or have rights through the club.

None of these, you can find the image link through google, open link on a new tab amd save image as.

This is basic image usage/theft for most companies in this sector.

Merry Christmas Ed and family here’s to a healthy new year.
With M.A,s upturn in profit perhaps a delve into the pocket for a couple of additions to the team. Hell we might even have a push for a cup or European slot. Now that would be something to drink to.
    Up the Toon.
