Midfielder Hits Stunning Game-Winner As Three Magpies Play On Loan This Afternoon

Jacob Murphy played well when coming on in the 64th minute for Adam Reach. He created a couple of chances but the Owls were unable to put them away. Sheffield Wednesday ultimately fell 1-0 at home to Hull City. Yes, that man Jarrod Bowen scored once again for the Tigers bringing his tally to 18 in all competitions this season.

Dan Barlaser banged in the game-winner for Rotherham in their 2-1 win at home against Blackpool this afternoon. It was the second goal for the 22-year-old who was also making his fifth straight start. Below is the 85th-minute free-kick from the midfielder. The win moved the Millers into an automatic promotion spot in League One.

Liam Gibson made another start for Grimsby Town at home against Salford City. In the final match for interim manager Anthony Limbrick, the Mariners get their first league win since September. An 83rd-minute goal from substitute Ahkeem Rose secures all three points. Ian Holloway was appointed Grimsby’s manager yesterday.

Those 5 points will soon disappear. As I posted earlier, I think we are about 9 points better off than we should be after some incredible good fortune.

No good just keep blaming Bruce. Two men have deliberately and with calculated idiocy created this situation.

Now the wheels have started coming off the traitor gets his chance to shine
To show us how he’s a top manager

Just because he’s never done it at any club before means somehow he will do it now ?

I’m with tomakathor. Massive fickle nature amongst fans in general across football not only this club. Here we always need a scapegoat and more often than not it’s misdirected anger. Like last season the amount of times I had to defend Perez on here and now some of the posters miss him now he’s gone.

Fans in the stadium starting to boo certain players past and present is disgraceful imo. Only time it’s justified is when players don’t put effort in and have downed tools. Never should be the case for when things just don’t work out or for poor quality.

If joelinton has started to get booed then quite embarrassing really. Don’t want to generalise the whole set of match going fans because it’s not a majority but we have a section which are quite embarrassing really.

Too many quick to judge without knowing what he was like in Germany, where he played, how he played and what he contributed to a team managed by a top young manager in Julian Nagelsmann who will soon be highly regarded across football. Many look at record and stats for goals and assists, even though when we signed him he was still 22. he’s hardly going to have a great record is he?

That’s the issue when you buy young players and put pressure on them to be the leading man rather than continue their development. Mitro situation all again. Who I defended lots back then too.

Too many get emotional and can’t keep rational.
