For the third straight match, Jacob Murphy has been limited to being a second-half substitute for Sheffield Wednesday. Jacob came on for Alessio Da Cruz in a 3-0 defeat at Hillsborough to Reading. The loss brings their winless streak now to six games but the Owls remain in the 12th spot in the Championship.

Dan Barlaser got his 12th start in succession for Rotherham as they faced Wimbledon at home this afternoon. The Millers went down early to a Max Sanders goal in the 30th minute. However, the League One leaders were able to grab two second-half goals to get a late lead. The afternoon was spoiled for Rotherham fans as Wimbledon converted a stoppage-time penalty to make it 2-2. The point keeps Rotherham at the top of the division though they are now on equal points with Coventry who have a game in hand.

Kelland Watts was again in the starting lineup for Mansfield Town as they grabbed a crucial three points in a 1-0 win at home against Newport County. Watts played on the left side of a back three for the second straight match. He had previously been on the right side in the two games earlier. The 20-year-old has again been getting games in his second loan spell with a League Two side this season. The win moves Mansfield 6 points clear of the bottom two.
