Comment #2“…Based on all of the statements above, and the supporting evidence provided on the
record before the Panel, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia respectfully requests that the
Panel find that Saudi Arabia has established that its invocation of the Security
Exceptions under Article 73 of the TRIPS Agreement is justified and that no additional
findings be made in this dispute….”

Comment #12Even if the Saudi’s are found guilty (expect them to be) of piracy, the PL would still need to find a direct link to individual directors or the PIF explicitly in order to use it to block the takeover.

Comment #15Yea I tried reading the same pdf Gothmog’s on that Salman guy’s Twitter feed, can’t make head nor tail of it!!
I really don’t think the WTO report is that big a deal, the premier league might want to quote it to back up their approval but I certainly don’t think they will need to reanalyse the finished report.
New owners before we kick off on Sunday I reckon.
BRING IT ON!!

Good read I still personally have relegation worries Bruce really needs to up his game
A lot of teams below us have players back fit could easily see us getting turned over in the first 2 games and it would then be panic stations !

Comment #22from Lee Charnley Bunga Party’s link:
“Chris Wilder has said his Sheffield United players are in “brilliant condition” as they bid to play their way yet further beyond prediction and who could be surprised? The Blades boss has been relentless in his pursuit of more ever since he took the helm and lockdown training has been intense – “even tougher than normal,” according to wing-back George Baldock.”

I’m dyslexic I should have chosen a different profession!
luckilyh the spelling / grammar natzis are easily intimated by vocabulary & pan dimensional puns
But it is Psyops – intimidation by spelling B.

Comment #26We know Saudi is guilty of pirating EPL TV rights in their part of the world. This has been common knowledge since the foolish Crown prince started his failing war against Qatar, It was all put through the courts re Paris St Germain and nothing is legally traceable. Time to move on in this O & D test; there’s nothing new, and so the deal will go ahead when the time comes. When does the time come? Nobody knows that, so just hang on, bite the inevitable frustration and be patient. After the word is passed (which is 100% certain) all this delay will be forgotten. HWTL
