Tackle not for me I’d expect a lot better. I said he was a better manager, but that don’t take much does it 😉

Personally I am in a win win situation
If the takeover happens great hopefully top players are recruited and we will be able to compete with the top six an added bonus would be the removal of ASH and his useless manager
If it doesn’t happen ASH stays BRUCE stays mediocre players arrive and you lot have years of misery bestowed on you for dissing the movement to rid the club of fat ASH happy days
ASH OUT BRUCE OUT TAKEOVER TODAY 70 30 AGAINST

I wouldn’t have gone with Matty v Watford either.

I’d have played Shelvey and Bentaleb, with Bentaleb holding and Shelvey looking to get forward a little more.

I’d play Matty as a number 10, if Almiron and Sean Longstaff aren’t available, and only in the engine room as fifth choice.

And I wouldn’t offer more than 25k to keep him.

He’s a good young player, with plenty of potential, but he doesn’t often feature because we do have better options.

    For Spurs.
    …………………Dubravka.
    Krafth…Schar..Lascelles…Manquillo.
    ……………Shelvey….Bentaleb.
    …St Max……..Almiron…….Joelinton.
    …………………..Gayle.

Fede probably needs a break. Manq a stop gap at left back as needs must.

Matty on the bench, and give him twenty- thirty minutes at the end.

Bit careless by ManU tonight, 5 subs allowed and they end up a man down due to injury.

I thought exactly the same. Why would you not make 4 subs in your first 2 chamges and save the last one for emergencies? No excuses for it, just a lack of basic common sense. Bruce has done the same thing a couple of times too. It does my head in.

Think Man U should have had that game safe.
Southampton are no one’s pushovers though, they fight like a team.

Southampton scoring a 96th min winner at Old Trafford is called determination, or application or concentration or all three.

Something we seem to lack on occassions such as the Watford game.

Makes me think we’re playing for 13th place. That’s a lack of ambition.

Southampton deserve great credit for beating Man City and drawing with Man Utd and to think they were beaten 9 -0 by Leicester earlier in the season they have shown great character to turn thier season around. HWTL
