As I said mate, trying to keep on topic with my posts now and this feels more personal than club or football related. All I’ll say is what I said last time: I think you’ll “get it” eventually but for now, you’ve got me wrong and so have many others.
Uncertain,
Solid advice mate as I am definitely not an accountant. Also doesn’t appear to be relevant to the topic ahain though, so I’ll happily leave it there.

Comment #162Kevin;
Earlier, you posted the following ÷
….. Ashley has clearly concluded that it is more profitable for him to keep the fans happy than to go solely for the SD advertising. That is why he keeps it away from the shirt and the stadium. Nobody is precious about the advertising boards so they are fair game, but we are proud of our stadium and want to wear the shirt with pride too, and plastering it with SD logos would cause outrage with the fans,….
((((Thats why he keeps it away from the stadium!))))
When was the last time you visited SJP?
You can’t get moved for Sports Direct signage!

Comment #164It’s quite plausible the R Keys has the inside track on the takeover , he is big pals with fellow Coventry fan Gary Hoffman , chair of the PL.

Comment #168Matty is a curious one, with him being way down the pecking order now and, looking at Saturday’s game, even a centre back ahead of him for the role he plays, with 3 weeks to go and an alleged offer of £20,000/week plus £10,000 each appearance on the table, what’s he going to do? Wait and see re takeover (even if he does nothing will be sorted prior to his contract running out – even if it does go through this week), take the offer knowing he may be sat on the bench at best with a new influx of players, or take an offer elsewhere?
I’d take an offer elsewhere knowing that i would be pretty much guaranteed playing time.
What does the bored (sic) reckon?

Comment #169Not trying to be rude Insh’Allah but there are far more important and pressing issues to worry about than a young midfielder who may or may not make the grade . Seeing the back of MA is the priority , everything else is just background noise.

Comment #170The problem with all of these dealings with players is that we cannot make a judgement without all of the facts. I haven’t seen enough of Matty to judge him as a player. He may or may not progress. There could be many other things in the background that have little to do with Matty that are causing this empasse.

Comment #173Where was the outrage for a posters comments yesterday. I guy who only supported us because the rest of his family chose the big clubs. Never been to a game or has any ties to the city. A guy who once vehemently supported the cups policy coming on here to tell us what a great job Lee Churnley was doing while distorting facts and figures to do so.

Comment #178Quite right Jail I picked up on him and he should have been brought to task with those comments. I think he’s another one trying to play devil’s advocate or provoking controversy to try and be relevant whilst seeking attention. On the other hand he might have genuinely believed what he was saying. Who knows these days.

Comment #182Lesh……… I did note that you seem to have washed your hands of your protege now after his refusal to pay heed to your reprimands.
He definitely is a law unto himself and doesn’t appear to want to accept your advice. I do however consider this to be weak leadership on your part as surely having a loose canon like this running amok on the blog can only serve to bring more ridicule and shame to your already floundering but beloved loony left party.

Comment #183So Keys really believes that he’s been told confidential details about the takeover.
He’s the last person on the planet to be told anything unless he’s been fed porkies as a wind up and took the bait.
His credibility is nil.

it’s quite plausible the R Keys has the inside track on the takeover , he is big pals with fellow Coventry fan Gary Hoffman , chair of the PL.
In that case the FA are in breach of every confidentiality clause going and as there could be financial gains on the outcome say from betting then they’ve broken all their own rules and would lead themselves into court, Government enquiry and financial scrutiny and ultimately legal sanctions.

Comment #189Rondon was £20M and wanted £300K pw. You can get away with saying that on tumbleweed town .co.uk because three days after saying it Kim will post “really” six hours after that Troy Stavers will post “I thought he had a release clause” Two days later there’ll be a new thread and they’ll all forget about it.

So why the foot do you all keep feeding him then. That’s what I can’t understand, he’s not even on here and there are people talking about him, baiting him to come on so they can engage with him. If you all think he’s a WUM start engaging with him. Look at welshgeordie9 he’s pretty much disappeared now that people have started ignoring his inane childish posts.
