Newcastle released training images from their latest session yesterday. They showed both Miguel Almiron and Allan Saint-Maximin with the team in full training. Sean Longstaff was also seen doing some individual work.
Spurs prep. ?

Almiron and Saint-Maximin had picked up slight knocks at Watford on Saturday. But it looks like they could play a part against Spurs tomorrow evening.
However, there was no Jamaal Lascelles or Andy Carroll to be seen in the training pictures. During his press conference for tomorrow’s match, Steve Bruce declared both Lascelles and Carroll are likely to be unavailable. Though the captain is getting assessed by the medical team today.
There’s also Jonjo Shelvey’s fitness to take into consideration as he has started four matches in 11 days and has had issues with recovery in the past. So we’ll see if Bruce risks the midfielder against Spurs.
Bruce is already without Florian Lejeune, Ciaran Clark, Isaac Hayden, and Sean Longstaff, despite him getting back on the grass. Danny Rose will be ineligible to play against his parent club as well.
It looks like this could be another game where Bruce is limited with his team selection, especially in midfield and defense. So we could see a few youngsters in the matchday squad once again.
