Newcastle have the ultra-important match at Everton on Thursday before embarking to Dubai for some warm-weather training. The two-week plus break comes at a good time with the squad facing a few fitness concerns.
April looks like a brutal month so getting a win at Goodison Park will take a bit of heat off some of those fixtures. A victory would move Newcastle to 34 points and just two more wins away from the magical 40 points barrier.
Newcastle have also released some images of Callum Wilson back at the facilities. The striker has been away getting specialist treatment on his calf. He will hopefully be able to play a part in the final stretch of this campaign.
