Newcastle United have unveiled their Castore third kit for the 2022/23 campaign. It is white with green trim and will be worn for some away fixtures.
? #NUFC's 2022/23 third kit is now available to order! #BetterNeverStops

This white and green color scheme caused a bit of controversy when first leaked as it is similar to the Saudi national team’s kits. I think it looks very nice and can’t wait to see the lads play in it.
The watch continues for confirmation on Sven Botman’s signing. The Dutchman completed his move to Newcastle yesterday with the announcement expected sometime this morning.
His arrival brings the summer haul to three with Matt Targett and Nick Pope already on board. Sven will join just in time for preseason. Newcastle have gotten some excellent business done early in this window.

Comment #9Anyone else think that the Noon sponsorship looks like someone slapped a post it note on the sleeve.
Also remember that the EPL have to approve all sponsorships, so it’s obviously gone through.

Comment #11Can’t tell from the photos here, but does the white kit have the detail of the map of the city on it like some other photos showed?
Thankfully the home and 3rd kits don’t look as bad as I first feared, still think they’re not too imaginative but not as bad as initial thoughts. Especially if the 3rd one does have the map detail, as then it’s not just a plain white sports top and that extra detail elevates it.
Even though I liked the home and away kit last season and so far these aren’t as bad as I first though, I think we need to move away from Castore soon. They seem a bit of a shambles and I don’t trust there’s no link to Ashley.
For starters the prices are mad, pre-orders of the kit didn’t arrive before it was being sold in store so was a bit pointless, they had that leak/mistake a few weeks back, when Ashley had dealings at Rangers they became their kit supplier, when Ashley was still here they became our kit supplier and oddest of all, the other day this new white 3rd kit was being sold in Sports Direct shops, before we’d even announced it as our new kit. How on earth can the previous owners sports shop stock our brand new kit before we’ve even announced it? Something fishy with Castore and Ashley I think.

Comment #19Adam the release and sale makes the club look a bit silly. They must be fuming about what he has done. Has he priced it the same, or knocked a few quid off?

Comment #24Love the white and green shirt.
Definitely something funny with the Castore sports direct link.
Rumours that Sports direct have an agreement with them to be able to release the kit for sale 2weeks before the Club?
Something is not right with that.

They reopened the club shop in metro, so they will be about for at least two more years Iโd guess, unless they can buy them out which didnโt work out great with fun88

Comment #36Yeah definitely something not quite right with Ashley and Castore. First with Rangers, then with us and being able to stock the kit before any official announcement. Something not right somewhere. As i’m sure the owners would pull him up on it and take legal action if it wasn’t allowed, so the fact they haven’t so far suggests he’s got some kind of deal/agreement in place.

Comment #37If the worst legacy issues we have to deal with regarding the Ashley era is our deal with Castore for another two years then, as annoying as it might be, I’m sure we’ll just suck it up and power through.
Never been a fan of the Castore shirts and look forward to who we get on board in a few years when the shirt manufacturer is up for renewal.

Comment #38there is another way of dealing with it, pif to buy out castore ๐ or pif starts a new sports wear empire, now that would really do damage to castore and the parasite cess pit back stabbing tub of lard

Comment #39I was willing to give castore a chance. They seem to be gaining ground with their brand. I would, however, like to see what addidas could do for us again. All our best kits were provided by addidas, which is a shame cos I quite like puma. Only addidas seem to do the better kits.

I can’t reply to those e mails you’re sending me for some reason.
That’s a great start to the bloody season tickets, they’ve had three months to get the website sorted since that Lpool debacle. What they should have done is either not sold any tickets or just e mailed those last week, instead of saying you’re in a queue to see if you’re eligible they should have just put you in a queue to buy a ticket.
