Newcastle’s Second Pre-Season Should Ramp Up Soon

Five Magpies are away at the World Cup while the remaining squad should be getting close to a return to training. The squad sans Bruno Guimaraes, Fabian Schar, Callum Wilson, Nick Pope, and Kieran Trippier will be ramping up their preparations for the second half of the season in short order.

Newcastle are just one week away from jetting off to Riyadh for a warm-weather training camp. The week-long trip culminates with a friendly against Saudi Pro League’s Al-Hilal on December 8th before the lads return on the 10th.

There is will be one more friendly with Florian Lejeune and La Liga’s Elche coming to St. James’ Park on the 17th. That friendly is scheduled only a few days before competitive matches resume with the Carabao Cup Fourth Round against Bournemouth on the 21st of December.

Before all that, Newcastle will find out their FA Cup opponent tomorrow when the draw for the third round will be held. The Magpies are ball number 27 out of 64 as the second round gets completed today.

Speaking of the FA Cup, Newcastle’s Women have advanced in the Women’s FA Cup defeating Barnsley 2-1 at St. James’ Park. The attendance for the cup tie was 28,565 which is the highest attendance for a non-final in the competition.

The Lady Mags came from 1-0 behind to get the comeback win with second-half goals from Georgia Gibson and Sharna Wilkinson. The NUFC Women continue their fine form and are currently second in the Women’s National League North just 1 point behind Durham Cestria.

First, north african people in Marseille are more algerian than moroccan or tunisian.

Then, the people who attacked you were hooligans, not regular citizens, no matter their origins.

Believe me, OGC Nice hooligans are worst, and they are the far right type, wich mean they are all white.

Fenham I’d refer you back to my post earlier on but you are one dim fellow and I’m not sure you can absorb it. But try it will you?

Simple question : if I said I got involved in aggro, whether intentional or not, what do you think the reaction wud be from you and others ??

I’ve been called a thug enough times by your fellow WAG, so I think we can guess what would be said.

By the way, what are your thoughts on the scumbags, who are English, who cause trouble abroad ?

So when the Irish call them , rightly, scum, you think thats a generic anti English comment.?

You need to engage your brain before opening your mouth, you really do.

Apologies we all thought they were of Moroccan, Tunisian heritage. I stand corrected.

Then they must have been Algerian then. All the same they were really dangerous. Apologies if I offended you by the way. I was not having a go at the Moroccan people just about 500 strong squad off hooligans. Thanks for the feedback. Taken on board mate.

Well you know… look at his statistics in carreer, honnestly, he’s top level since a while…

I think people doubt of that due to all the polemics surrounding him since two seasons.

His decision making has been pin point this World Cup, very effective. He used to be a lot more selfish I feel, now he bring players into play.

I asked you a question Fenham. Did you read my explanation earlier, or are you too stupid to see the logic?

I’m not denigrating your nationality, I wouldn’t be so ignorant. But you can’t see the nuance of what I’m saying because you either don’t want to,or are too stupid. Neither of which is my fault.

So you can play the national pride ticket all day, and you might get yourself a few hearts , but you’re totally missing the point.

But thump your tub all day if it makes you feel better and popular.

Don’t worry mate, no offense taken…by the way, Marseille is generally considered in France as a violent city, and the fact is, the most dangerous places in the city have a large population of foreign descent ( “Les quartiers nords”, the northern area of Marseille if you prefer ).

    It’s a fact.

What you deduce of this fact is a matter of personnal political opinion and as i believe in democracy, i recognize to anyone the right to have is own thoughts about it.

Some think there’s a link between immigration and criminality, some others don’t, well… this is why we vote after all, cause we don’t all have the same opinions.

    niafron,

Thanks for your post #95 totally understand where you are coming from.

A lot of Cities that have ports seem to be a violent city for example Napoli and Liverpool to a certain extent. Personally I believe that there is most definitely a link between immigration and criminality. It’s why we have so many issues in the UK with the wrong type of immigrants coming into the UK. Many of them have came over the channel on dingy’s many Albanians who many won’t be coming to work but get involved in criminal activities. I totally accept we as a country do the right thing and bring in families escaping persecution or war in their countries. It’s the ones that come over that have pushed our crime levels up to unprecedented levels due to their criminal activities. That’s the problem and I totally here you.

By the way great result for Morocco today against Belgium. I missed the game but Morocco seem to have a decent team.

Thanks again for your balanced educated feedback very much appreciated 🙂

Sans is “without “ in French as you know I’ve never known it used in the English language tbh. Not sure if anyone else has. But I’ve never heard it used before.

But as Peter says we steal words us English 😉

English, the most dynamic language in the world. Only the USA cannot appreciate that English is from here, not in the soccer infested place.

I have been asked “why can you not spell color” etc What is wrong with the English? There is no answer that the inquisitor could understand.
