Eddie Howe’s First Interview From Dubai Training Camp – Video

Here is Eddie Howe’s first interview from the Dubai training camp.

The lads will return home today and the manager gave the lads a few day rest, after jetting off to Dubai last Friday night after our great 2-1 win at Nottingham Forest.

Next week the lads will be preparing for our home game a week come Sunday – which has a 4:30 pm kick-off against 3rd placed Manchester United.

Novo – 100% I think most football fans don’t understand the complexities of building a football team! That’s a really easy statement to make! It’s like saying that I understand the basics of physics that allows a plane to take off when it hits a certain speed but I definitely do not understand the complexities of flight!

Picking a goalkeeper, 3/4/5 defenders etc is what I would call the basics of picking a football team…not the complexities.

And nowhere did I say you shouldn’t have an opinion, I’m just stating mine. I find it tiresome this modern way of disagreeing with someone by insinuating that somehow the other person is denying your right to comment.

Raj: tbh I don’t know. Not Gerard or Lampard or any of the previous appointees for sure. Maybe Potter if he becomes available. Eddie would probably be best but I want him to stay with Newcastle until the build is completed.
