The following policies should be taken into consideration before commenting:
I had a PET (PSMA) scan on Tuesday 8th August and it shows a lot more cancer has spread through the bones than the previous (less accurate) cat scans had shown.
The PET scan has only been available for just over a year here in the US and gives much more accuracy on where the prostate cancer cells have spread.
I met with Professor Wang at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill yesterday and I was given two choices of treatment.
The first was not to have any more treatments, the reason being that my health has been significantly weakened by the last two failed treatments since last November โ they were radium 223 and a second chemotherapy.
My lungs have been scarred and my heart is deteriorating with the stress of the treatments.
Professor Wang would allow me to have the newly approved FDA PSMA treatment, but I wouldnโt be strong enough to have any more treatments after that, and that treatment would need to start within weeks.
So thatโs the situation for right now โ I am leaning towards giving the PSMA treatment my best shot.
Again, many thanks for all your support on this through the years.
It is as it is - and (yet) another challenge in life.
I am at peace with the situation.

It’s not right, he keeps picking certain individuals to scapegoat/prove he’s right. The way he went after Isak when we were all praying he came good was shameless, that’s brushed under the carpet now without even a hands up to say he was wrong, worse still, denying he even said it. Now, while we’re all hoping AG comes good he’s on with the flop thing, he really will get one right one day, I just hope it’s not on AG.

Done a blog catch up this morning but skipped most of the game comments. Some thought the crowd / atmosphere was lacking?
Strange how the TV experience can neuter the beast that is SJP when itโs actually bouncing!
First half our high press was awesome, chased them down and blocked their out options relentlessly, if weโd pressed any harder the game would have taken place half way up the Leazes stand.
Second half they came out after being given a rocket and had lots of pretty, but harmless possession. Shame we conceded but otherwise we managed the game brilliantly and finished strongly.
Tough call on MotM but Iโll go with Miggy, if you asked him to die out there heโd ask how, and in what minute.
Looking forward to Monday, if it goes to plan it will be some party!

I have to disagree on that, considering we were 2-0 up and the mood in the concourse at HT was party like, I thought the crowd were a huge let down for the first 20 minutes of the second half, it definitely got to the players and it was down to them, not us that they pulled through it.

It’s always really annoying that Sky seem to turn down the crowd volume so the commentators are heard better. I’d much rather be hearing the atmosphere! A number of times they’ve made the stadium seem quieter than it actually is on TV.

Comment #185I also thought Bruno was close to his best again last night, I saw some comments on here of people saying he was having another bad game. I don’t know what game they were watching?
He was winning the ball back, tracking back, supporting the attack, making tidy passes in tight areas, closing off passing angles, pressing with real intensity when the time was right and to top it all off, 90+ minutes of that hard work and he’s still the first person arriving in the box to support Wilson and grabs himself a goal.
It was a phenomenal shift he put in, especially when we’ve all basically accepted he’s carrying an injury. It’s no wonder he was dead on his feet for the last minute or 2.
Think he played more of the Longstaff role defensively last night too, which is maybe why some weren’t too impressed. As it took some fans a while to appreciate the work Longstaff does.

Comment #188Howe saying Willock and Joelinton are doubts for Leicester. I suspect Willock is definitely our but hopefully Joelinton makes it. If Longstaff is back, it wonโt make that much difference I feel. Or itโs an opportunity for Anderson to get a start.

Clint we have had some amazing results and performance`s this season, but for me personally, that was our best result given the enormity and significance of the fixture, and what was at stake!!! Most fans were feeling a bit nervous and apprehensive before the game Clint, so just think what the pressure must have been like for the players, but all those lads have a reservoir of character determination and professionalism, it just fills every fibre in your body with sheer pride and joy mate. But i suppose all strikers miss chances.
Not wanting to put a slight downer on whole performance but Schar has been offit the past 6 weeks, the business end of the season he has been very indifferent.
Think first bit of business is a quicker partner for Big Sven.

Aye that felt like a big moment at the time, especially when they went and scored straight after. I let him off as he’d been having a great game so far, he more than made up for it later too with his Wilson assist.
Schar definitely hasn’t been as solid lately, but that’s like saying instead of 9/10 performances, he’s only having 7/10 games now, still decent aha Imagine we’ll be looking for his younger replacement in the summer though.

Comment #199I don’t think anyone had a bad game for us last night. Some were better than others, but nobody let us down. Brighton had possession but other than the goal, they never had another real chance. We scored 4 and could easily have had another couple as well.
I know you can’t take things for granted but we really should give Leicester a pasting, especially when they could be down by the time they play us.
