In-Form Callum Wilson Looks Back On Vital Brighton Win And Upcoming Leicester City Test

Callum Wilson has been in magnificent since early April, scoring 11 goals and in 29 PL appearances this season, he has taken his goal tally up to 18 with 5 assists.

Callum had a difficult time after the World Cup but has come roaring back to form at the right time.

And with his contract running out next June, we would expect the 31 year-old will get a contract extension for at least a couple of years this summer.

It was a great 4-1 win over Brighton last Thursday night, and it was good to see the Seasiders beat the Saints, and they will be in European competition for the first time ever next season.

The Brighton fans deserve that.

Going into the important game against Lecsisyer tomorrow night we need only a draw to guarantee Champions League football.

And while this may look like an almost certain win, nothing is ever easy in the Premier League, and we expect Eddie Howe to demand two good performances and two win in our last two games.

In our final game a week today we are at Chelsea and could win that game too.

Here is the current PL table after today’s games.

Scampi & Lemon NikNaks and Prawn cocktail Wotsits acquired today, it’s been a good week.

    You crisp philistine!!!
Smiths clearly won the Scampi crisp war long ago. Also the bacon crisp war (Frazzles my arse)

NikNaks are OK though, a solid 7 out of 10.

    😉

I might be totally wrong here and I apologise if I am, but if my memory serves me right did Raj (Jail) not stick up for you in the past Mr Tuff?

I’m sure that you had an accident or were assaulted, and someone took the P**s and I’m sure he stood up for you and called them out.

As requested from Ed, it might be time to leave it and just talk football.

That’s to everyone, as I would be gutted if the blog was no more.

Anyway, I shall avoid getting into arguments regarding crisps. It is a controversial topic and I have VERY strong opinions on this delicate matter.

So, Twitter rumours with some semblance of integrity tonight are:
    – Tierney will be first signing
    – Toon looking to bring back Fraser Forster as Karius and Dubravka going and Forster will help address home grown players quota whilst also being a decent GK back-up

Dr Ed and Neil. Very happy to see that you’re going to keep the blog going. Hope your treatments will be successful and Neil that your new job will be likewise.
I’m sure we will win tomorrow but the entire team has to be up for it. I’m sure Eddie will have the lads well prepared. Good to see that fellow posters are enjoying the blog and being respectful. Can’t wait for tomorrow afternoon. HWTL

    Check,

From previous, many thanks mate. I’m confident I’ll get a ticket got a few irons in the fire. Aye me uncle has a few seats in the Hospitality section dotted around, he give my ticket up to one of his clients, business before family eh sheesh.

Tbh I’d rather get a ticket in any singing section especially for this game , get right into it and lose me voice as you do. Cheers mate and I’m glad you’ve got a ticket yourself. It’s gonna be a full on emotional, passionate event with all the flags etc. have a good’un fella 😉

    The Dom Sobosloy.

He has to be a knocking bet to sign for us, he will fit in so well, he has it all when you read up on him. Great professional and charismatic character to help him fit in with the lads straight away. Get him Dan, Lord Scattercash will sanction the £61m to nab him I’m sure.

Walkers “bugles” take some beating, they come in cheese or barbecue flavours and both are good.

Originally came across them in Florida and later in Spain, probably made by “Lays” or similar company, Walkers seem to have license to make in U.K.

Crunchy and tasty. Give em a try. 😉

Fenham, I hope you’re right mate, looks a bloody good player and just the sort we need. I just don’t want to build my hopes up too much, I was pretty certain we’d get Paqueta and that lad who’s heading to Brighton from Watford. As you can tell by the waffling, I’ve forgotten his bloody name. 😆

Aye Pedro it is Bob, the thing is with not getting him is that we’ve turned our attention to someone else in that department…

We shall just have to wait until the summer window to see who we get, ones things for sure we will be shopping in Waitrose this time and not Netto. I’m convinced it shall be a transfer window like no other. We have a lot to look forward to and chew the fat over mate.

    HWTL!!!
