Eddie looked pleased and relieved – wonder what his thoughts will be when he wakes up tomorrow morning?

Eddie Howe and his coaching staff have been magnificent for us this season, as have the players also.

It’s all just unbelievable.

    Wood you believe it !

Newcastle have hit the woodwork 25 times in the Premier League this season (including three times in this game). That’s six times more than any other side.

Special thanks to Trippier, Bruno, Botman, and Isak. Most great players these days want to have the Champions League handed to them. They want to walk into the ready-made squad. Those four were confident enough to say they’d build it themselves.

    Bugger.
    That’s Turin off the menu.

Juventus have been handed a 10-point deduction in a new ruling by an Italian court investigating the club’s transfer dealings.

Before the new ruling, Juventus were in second place behind Serie A champions Napoli with 69 points, but drop down to seventh place as a result, five points off a Champions League place.

Irish Rob, you’re right,I really suffered tonight.

Raced home on a 2hr trip but I needed us to score to let us breathe

Going to Chelsea if Pope hadn’t scored wud have been bloody unpredictable.

We did it. Let’s hope we spend loads in the summer 🙂

Shame for Juve that, but there is only one Black & White team going to cause damage in the Champions League next season 😀

If you look at our stats from tonight’s game, you’d not believe we were held 0-0. We really did dominate that game from start to finish, Leicester playing as they did just shows you the respect that teams show the Toon now, and so they should.

an Italian mate of mine was thinking it was going to be 15 points for Juve. They have been selling second and third string players to second and third division clubs for 10’s of millions.
