Here is an excellent video from Gossy Mags with the old Barry Manillo Song Oh Mandy – referencing one of our owners Amanda (Mandy) Staveley who is now Newcastle’s sweetheart.
This goes through from the time the new owners came in on October 8th 2021, and those so-called experts said the owners didn’t have a clue what they are doing and expressed concerns for the Newcastle United club.
Well, we proved them all dead wrong and in a short 20 months we escaped relegation last year finishing 11th with 49 points – and 14 points above the drop zone and 3rd bottom Burnley.
With one league game to play we are currently in 3rd place on 70 points and above Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham in the league – those teams finished 2nd, 3rd and 4th last season.
We are also one place above Manchester United.
It’s all unbelievable, I tell you.

Overall I quite like Jordan as a lot of the time he talks sense but the problem is he has an opinion on absolutely everything so he is bound to make a few really bad calls. As for Merson there are lost tribes in the Amazon rainforest that could perform a better job as a football pundit than him. He is completely clueless.
