Video Match Cam Of Newcastle’s Fantastic 5-1 Win At Home To Villa

This video will be well worth watching and it is the behind-the-scenes video (video match cam) taken by nufcTV for our first Premier League game of the season – at home to a good-looking Aston Villa.

Both sides did very well last season with Newcastle finishing in 4th place on 71 points and Villa finishing in 7th place on 61 points.

But it turned out to be a no-contest with Newcastle blowing away the Villains in the second half, after leading 2-1 at the break.

Newcastle went into a higher gear after half time and we looked absolutely awesome and added three unanswered goals for the 5-1 win.

Did I say we were awesome?

Catchy, The woman’s game is catching up. Jamacia had to be crowd funded to get to the WC.

    Italy Gone
    USA Gone
    Norway lol
    Brazil Gone
    Germany Gone

European Champions? Still there Come on England.

Huge step up across the board. Fair enough. If you do not like football that is more skillful than 1/2 of the Premiership games, that is ok

Cyprus, 1920, 53,000 in attendance, 10,000 turned away for a Women’s game. Then the FA banned them from any Association ground and forbade match officials from officiating. It took 50 years before the ban was lifted. Here’s a history, it very enlightening. https://www.bl.uk/womens-rights/articles/the-history-of-womens-football-in-the-uk

Now I’ve got a bit of catching up to do.

    CH, 🙂

But, as LB, still think he lack of offensive impact.

CH, difference being, I was good enough to get on the court. I used to play 2-3 hours per day, then gym, 2500 rowing in under 20 mins and then 10k under 40 mins. No wonder my body is now wrecked 🙂

Great match to watch and sets the precedent for a big season again …… Toonali is a dream midfielder and Isak is a diamond….

I had a few niggling doubts about Gordon but they have turned out to be unfounded after yesterday’s performance….. He’s a star in the making and I’m happy to have been wrong …..
