Yes – I made a stupid mistake (another one) when I put the press conference article out earlier this morning, from Eddie Howe – it was the one from 5 months ago – I was wondering why Howe kept talking about the Cup Final.
Silly me – and I am sorry about that.
It also appears that we have been successful in acquiring Lewis Hall, and there were multiple reports yesterday that Newcastle had agreed to a fee with Chelsea for the 18-year-old left-back, who is so well-regarded.
Eddie Howe talks right at the beginning of the press conference about how he really likes this young player.
Our recruitment team knows how to get these deals over the line and never seem to give up.

Glad we got young Hall in the bag, the majority of Chelsea fans are up in arms about losing him,, rating him better than 60M Cucurella.
I will take a Chelsea fans judgement over anyone`s opinion on here re Hall, they have seen plenty of the lad, and our owners have got it spot on in the transfer market so far so i think he will be a superb addition.

Not sure Hall would go straight into the team considering Burn has done nothing wrong, in fact he has played well, albeit it`s not his best position.
I think Hall will be phased in gradually like one or two others have been by Howe, but in the long run i think Hall will eventually be first choice.

I’ve given most it a try but cats and dogs have been banned for some time. Although still being scoffed occasionally in the villages. But if you were as poor as them you’d do the same. I the days of yore there was some strange stuff in our English diets.
Me dad loved, pigs trotters, Cows heels, tripe, brawn, he would regularly get a pigs head from the local slaughter house and make his own.
Rabbits were often on the menu, and sometimes horse, never had dog or cat though at least I don’t think so!

How stupid were the chairmen of the 18 PL Clubs that immediately after our takeover, voted to effectively create artificial barriers to our ability to succeed?
First, it was stupid because should any of them in the future be taken over, the barriers also inhibit their prospects but more importantly,
How did they expect us to react? Roll over to get our tummies tickled?
The history of Humanity has clearly shown that it’s in our DNA to fight like tigers against injustice. The more you try to stop us doing something, the harder we’ll come at you.
In upsetting the new ownership of NUFC, they’ve created a collective ambition to be absolutely the best, No1 football team on the Planet, and they’re now determined to move mountains to bring that success here. 🙂
What a bunch of plonkers, we may have been happy to toddle along and slowly do our best if they’d left well alone, but their interference has guaranteed, the gloves are off and we’re coming after the lot of them. No wonder a few are now scared, they should be.

They say like them we are not part of the EPL cartel and like them we have gate crashed the party and their mates don’t like it. They actually speak highly of Newcastle and say it’s not only unfair that they should have to play Saturday night but it’s also unfair to our fans that they have to try and get back to Newcastle after such a late KO.
