Eddie Howe Has Announced Unchanged Newcastle Team For Aston Villa

Eddie Howe has just announced the Newcastle Team for the tough league game at Aston Villa tonight.

We were expecting Miggy Almiron to start but that’s not the case, but Almiron is on the bench, with Murphy keeping his place on the right wing.

Our readers don’t think there’s not much chance of winning this game – but we shall see.

This must be what was worked on this last week. It did seem a tactical standoff the first half and we so far have come out well ahead.

Looks like Eddie has got Villa worked out. Hopefully we’ll see this out and do the double over them. Also, I wonder if that’s bumped Miggy’s price up a bit if he’s away before the window closes.

Our positioning off the ball and ball movement has been spot on and very sharp

Would have loved Diaby here in the summer, however…….

A touch of the Miggy about him. Seems to have a problem using his right foot !

MOTM will be difficult to pick tonight, but it must be between Schar, big Dan and of course young Miley.

Looks like he’s just getting patched up. He’ll not want to lose his place with an injury if Pope is coming back soon.

Aye, Schär MOTM for me too. Two crucial goals and he’s been solid at the back. Did particularly well when Dubs left his goal line and Fabian had the good sense to cover him and keep the ball out.

Need some fresh legs out there. Tino should definitely get a good twenty minute run out. Gordon close to a fourth there. 🙂
