Good Too See Tonali And Other Players Enjoying A Game Of Darts – Video

We haven’t seen too much of Sandro Tonali lately, although he has been training regularly with the squad.

Hopefully, he is understanding with his year off just what a special football club Newcastle United is.

And we look forward to Sandro hitting the ground running at the start of next season, as he will know all about the way Eddie Howe wants him and Newcastle to play.

Assuming we can hold onto Joelinton in the summer, we have some very good central midfield players, especially when you think Joe Willock has only played 6 games this season, the same number as Tonali.

Here are some of the players including Tonlai enjoying a game of darts.

I’m looking forward to the game today. injuries are easing at last .
I think the return of Botman has been a big part of our form starting to turn .
He is such a rock in the back line and allows Schar more freedom.
The loss of Big Joe has been hardly noticed up to now, which is a credit to young Miley, what a player a future superstar on our hands .
My biggest fear is an injury to Bruno, the one player that is proven we can’t do without.
He has been noticeably less aggressive in the press, and no stupid tackles the last couple of games, fearing that Yellow, I’d say .
I’m going for a hard fought 2-1 today.
Luton will be up for it after their demolition of Brighton, but we owe them one.

That first you discovered in 2011 was a bit like the auld Leif Erikson story, he may well have got there first but the slippery Eyetye Colombo got all the glory, I think you unearthed your find too late to change the course of history.

Magic, stunning performance last night. To go to France and do that is unreal. Incredible precision in their rugby, especially in the clear out and ball presentation. Hope you saw the pic of Joe McCarthy giving his medal to his young down syndrome brother.

Ive read that EPL sides spent £743 million less this month than they did 12 months ago 😳

    – January 2024 – £100 million
    – January 2023 – £843 million

Dick Masters job is to surely make the EPL the best sporting competition in the world right? However, limiting the clubs from spending and threatening them with huge points deductions, which would well result in relegation isn’t the way to go. Pushing clubs to sell their best players and academy products to stay financially safe is not the way forward IMO… This also means rising ticket prices, increasing corporate clients/tourists or having every aspect of our clubs tied into a commercial deal is NOT the bloody way forward. It’s gonna kill the game of football in the EPL.

Clubs and owners should be able to spend what they see fit on their own businesses, just like in the real world. The quicker this farcical situation gets brought under better control the better. What’s the point of having the richest owners in world sport (not just football) if they’re intentionally financially shackled. Corruption in sport needs looking into and closely monitored.

Just watching nufc matters and the discusion on the strucutre of the loan system in the club. In comparison to other clubs it does appear to be operating professionally and without a great deal of success.

“Manchester United have loaned four of their kids to local non-league clubs in a unique arrangement. All four will continue to train and be free to play for United’s Under-21s team but will couple that with gaining experience of ‘adult’ football.”

I don’t know how this works in terms of player registrations.
But if it is allowed then it should be worth considering for our Academy players and perhaps be more beneficial to International players like Garang Kuol.

Happy match day folks. You can’t beat the traditional 3pm kick off on a Saturday. I’ve managed to secure 2 tickets in wings for the game today. So buzzing about that.

Enjoy your weekend everyone, hopefully NUFC can turn up today like they did at Villa and turn the hatters over. We owe them one and I think it will be a good game as they will be on a high after then dismantling of Brighton. But we should have far too much for them and I’ll be happy to see Isak start and also interesting if we see Barnes on the bench. That will be like a new signing for sure.

    predicted starting line up

    —Miggy—Gordon—Murphy
    —-Hall—–Bruno—–Longstaff
    Burn–Botman–Schar–Trippier
    ————–Dubravka

May stick with young Miley, but as Eddie has said he shouldn’t be overused and todays opponents should allow Hall to be utilised in his natural position. Especially with Miggy ahead of him and I really hope the two wingers get the opportunity to play together, as they did for the 3rd goal in midweek.

Beautifully, I’ve just learned that the good old Irish rain has meant my soccer match has been called off so I can see the Toon game. I think we’ll have too much for them although we cud have done with more rest.

    2-0, Gordon and Longstaff.

Rumour that Isak will be fit I think? I wud hope he isn’t played.

Despite no Isak or Gordon, with the crowd behind us I think that front line will press and hassle Luton too much for a fairly limited team like them to handle. Can see an error or two happening…

    Hall to start you say?!

I’m not even sure he’ll play at all.

Tino to replace any of the above. Except maybe Dubravka.

Result? Surely, surely a win. Gordon is best on the wing, but since there’s no one left standing for the 9, he should be there*.

Isak only if we’re in trouble, otherwise he’ll sit it out.

    * Gordon, with his spindly legs, sure has a shot on him. He routinely ticks them away, that Henry shit from a distance. And, last time out, he released a bullet from outside the box, ending in a Schar goal.

**Remember when you were a Gordon hater, when he was at Everton and there was talk of him coming over? Yes, you! Forgotten huh.
