Nottingham Forest 2 Newcastle United 3 – Match Cam Video

Here is the Match Cam video from the City Ground at Nottingham Forest yesterday, when Newcastle United won 3-2.

With West Ham literally being hammered 6-0 by Arsenal at home today we remain in 7th place in the league.

But a late goal by Manchester United gave them a victory at Aston Villa and we are now 5 points behind the 6th-placed Red Devils.

Who Was Newcastle's Man Of The Match Against Nottingham Forest?

    Wor B,

As this Super 6 happens to be your game
I’ll give you the chance to try once again
When guessing the names of those in the song
You got half of them right, but half of them wrong

    🙂

In all seriousness with Hayden, he’s probably found his level now.

Old album, but good. Anyway, 16 mins 20 seconds has commentary on the best left back not to play for Toon. Whole album worth listening to.

My Forest buddy not happy. In fairness he is saying most are saying it was a pen, including shearer, keown, redknapp etc. As I said already, we’d have the usual conspiracy boys led by the noisy two hissing from their burrows if it was us.

Presume that makes me a Forest fan, before it gets thrown at me 🙂

Or was it man u? Or Liverpool?

So many teams I’m accused of supporting, great days out winning stuff 🙂

It’s such a weird one. I don’t think that should be a penalty as I think forwards should just be stronger. If you go back to players like Brazilian Ronaldo and players of that time, they’d just barge through those challenges and slot if home…or actually properly hurdle, not half step over hoping for contact.

But when I say it back, seeing what gets given now, I thought it was a penalty and it would get overturned. Luckily for us, it wasn’t, but I certainly couldn’t tell you what is a penalty now, it varies so much.

Are some struggling to understand what people are saying…?

100% no penalty and 100% I wouldn’t be screaming penalty if it was the other way round. I said all day yesterday that if it was given for us I’d of said it was lucky and very soft.

Very strange and a weird take that some can’t accept they think like that and go on to tell others how they think and why they think it… weird behaviour.

But but but if you think it wasn’t a penalty you are a liar and you’re biased

    Nonsense

TS Apparently sky Monday guys saying its a pen. Dermot Gallagher usually sides with refs and he’s saying it’s a pen. In the context of 3 points and a tepid enough performance from us, i think the decision is massive and just glad it went our way likes wolves

In fact why are you so obsessed full stop…?

There aren’t many left on here to even be able to claim a conspiracy as so many have left due to the constant stirring and countless petty back and forth.
Of course its nobody’s fault it’s always “the other person started it miss”

    😀

100% there would have been cries of conspiracy had it been the other way round. Oh woe is me they don’t want us to win, the Southern press, Dickie Masters, slimy six, corruption is rife, oh woe is me.

You are the one who created the gate and then went on to tell others how they think about said gate even tho they claimed to think differently about penalty gate

Suppose Dubravka hadn’t been there and Botman was chasing the ball in front of Awoniyi. If he stretched to poke the ball out from a standing position but just couldn’t reach, and then Awoniyi kicked him in the back of the leg and fell over nobody would be saying it was a penalty. Not sure why the situation should be any different just because it was the keeper who was lying on the ground. It was Awoniyi who made the contact not Dubravka.
