Eddie Howe has just announced the Newcastle team to play at St. James’ Park tonight against Everton – it’s a game we should win – but you never know with Newcastle.

Krafth starts at right-back, with Livramento and Trippier out, and it’s good to see Lewis Hall get a start at left-back after his excellent play against West Ham.
Hero Harvey Barnes starts up front – as expected – and let’s hope he can score more goals for us tonight.
Almost 75% of our readers think we will win this game – so if we don’t get all 3 points it will be a huge disappointment.
Howay The Lads!!

Comment #44I’d expect Dummett, Ritchie and Willock will be the 1st choice subs tonight but a couple of the youngsters will probably get some pitch time.

Comment #48Decent 11, which is amazing when you consider the number and quality of those unavailable – Pope, Trippier, Livra, Botman, Tonali, Gordon, Wilson and Almiron, as well as Miley, Lascelles and Targett. The bench though is a big worry, especially nowadays where you play 100 minutes. On the other hand these kids are getting their shot, and more power to them, you just never really know who will step up and take their chance.

Comment #54Everton haven’t won a game in 13, that’s all the damn commentators are talking about.
And Sean needs to be more attacking against Newcastle to beat them.
Well I would love to make that 14 and watch dickford cry, cry and cry some more.
Newcastle are such bullies. 😉

Comment #79Yikes, left out Joel, from our list of absentees. How incredibly remiss. He’s probably our most significant player, and been badly, badly missed.
Pope, Trippier, Livra, Botman, Tonali, Almiron, Gordon and Wilson, as well as Miley, Lascelles and Targett, AND Joelinton.
That is a ludicrous collection of talent to be going without, and yet we are playing well, and deservedly ahead.
