Up to now I have self funded the blog without adding advertising which can irritate members and readers - especially the Google Adsense type that follows you around after you have visited a website.
Instead, I am bringing out my own range of Toon, Tyneside and Northumberland clothing to include Tee shirts, Hoodies and Beanies and also mugs etc.
I have designed my own range with the help of AI.
The range will be advertised on the blog but with a link to a new website that I am in the process of constructing - it should be ready be the end of September.

I think it is unclear whether they will splosh all the dosh now on a manager who has yet to prove himself in this league, or whether they put some aside for the January window in case "changes" need to be made.
These are the uncertainties of managerial change. Whether or not you wanted Howe to go, he was the second longest serving manager in the EPL when he left. And over the time of his tenure we saw other clubs cycling through managers with big money spent on squad changes needed to address playing style changes or new views on weaknesses.
Stability is necessary for success. I really hope we stick with this manager and give him the time…

Part of me thinks Ross Wilson is waiting to see how we fare against Liverpool, and if it isn’t as bad as many expect, we won’t see another signing this window.
Ideally, i'd love us to go out and sign Seiwald (number 6 played under Jaissle before) and then bring in a number 10 type player. As we still need a creative player and not sure Bamba is going to be ready to be a natural 6 for us effectively just yet.
Part of me wonders if we've already got a deal agreed for Bergvall, just waiting the 45 days since the Tonali deal. As it's strange how we apparently bid once, then heard absolutely nothing regarding a move for him since. Or any other club really making an attempt to sign him.
