On team news; a rather sombre Eddie Howe confirmed in his press conference that whilst the hope is Gordon's injury won't be as bad as first feared he won't make Saturday's game.

Bruno has trained and could be in contention to start.

With no other injured players ready to return Eddie Howe again has limited choices for changes in defence and midfield. Elanga and Barnes are likely to partner Wissa or Woltemade in a front three.

This is a game Newcastle need to win to halt a poor run of results and bring some sunshine back into the gloom currently surrounding the SJP.

No Bingo winners again against Liverpool but I reckon that a few will get a full house this time. Eddie doesn't have many options and this is a chance to get points on the board.

Match kicks off at 5.30pm and entries need to be in by 3.15pm
