The Magpies head into Saturday on the back of a morale-boosting 3–0 win over Benfica in midweek — a performance full of energy, pressing, and clinical finishing.
It was exactly what the team needed after a mixed run of league results, and it’s given the Toon Army plenty to cheer about heading into this one.
The team, the tempo, and the confidence all looked back to their best, and fans will be hoping that momentum carries into the Premier League. against Fulham tomorrow.
Fulham, under Marco Silva, will arrive well-drilled and ready to make life difficult.
We need a win to pull away from the bottom of the table and whilst it won't be an easy game against Fulham - it rarely is in any Prem game - I'm expecting the Lads to win this one 2-0.

Been waiting for that bus ( due any minute from Colin no doubt as I post this) but have to head out ( morning trip to Whitby with family this Autumn (?) morn brrrh!! ) so here goes .....

I am pretty convinced that neither Willian nor Andreas Pereira will be causing NUFC too many problems considering they currently play for Gremio and Palmeiras respectively.
West Ham injury so they bring on Callum Wilson but still lose to Leeds 2-1 .
Bowen's still a handful but he'll want away in January .
