No Shirt Sponsor As Sela Deal Ends & No CL Means Value Plummets

  • 1 min read

Newcastle's three year £25Mpa front of shirt sponsorship deal with Sela ends this summer and no CL means that the sponsorship value has now dropped to £16.9M.

And it doesn't end there - Noon's shirt sleeve deal at £7.5M a year has now dropped to £4M which means that over a three year period shirt sponsorship income has dropped by c£34M.

With the club still bound by financial fair play rules that continue to favour the Big 6 it's another blow to PIF's aim of taking the club forward into the elite bracket.

"Newcastle like Marco Palestra but they have not made any attempt to sign him at this stage and believe he is heading elsewhere anyway. Suspicion their name has been used to flush out others. Welcome to another summer transfer window "

Seems like a cheap deal somehow.

Even dodgy springs to mind.

Are Atalanta in need of money and did manu hand over cash in a holdall ?

How does he compare to Tonali ?

Manchester United have agreed a £35m (40.5m euros) deal with Italian side Atalanta for Brazil midfielder Ederson.

The 26-year-old will sign a four-year deal at United, with the option to extend it by a further 12 months

Just finished watching the Wales game. Wales dominated this but found themselves one down against the run of play. Equaliser in stoppage time thanks to an exquisite cross from Neco Williams.
